Good product, good delivery, no problems.

The first delivery arrived damaged, so was refused. I contacted customer services who said the items would be thoroughly checked at the depot, repacked and sent out again as they said it looked to be only water damage to the packaging, which I disputed and pointed out that the images I provided from the delivery attempt showed damage to the items. The items were attempted to be delivered again after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, and was refused again, with further images sent to customer services showing the damages. Customer services replied and said that the items had been 'thoroughly' checked and found to be in good condition, which I asked for evidence of and they replied that the depot didn't have the facility to open packages as they cannot repackage them. So not only did they attempt to deliver the SAME damaged items twice, they also lied about them being checked and repackaged. Very disappointing

Decent product delivered without issue.

The box was a bit battered on collection at the pickup point, but no damage to contents.

It took a while to dipatch and the lack information available regarding my order on the website was frustrating.

Products were delivered in perfect condition and the delivery person was very helpful. The ordering process was straightforward. I would have liked more communication in terms of the date of delivery as I only found out on the day, however I was able to attend the premises in time.

I placed an order on 26 April 2025, and after a very long wait, the item arrived completely damaged. I immediately contacted customer service, sent photos, and was told a replacement would be arranged.

While the company did respond, it’s now 27 May and I still haven’t received the replacement. They’ve blamed the delivery service for the delay, but ultimately, it’s the company’s responsibility to ensure customers receive their orders intact and on time.

This has been an overall frustrating experience marked by long delays, poor product condition, and a lack of clear communication or accountability. Over a month has passed without resolution, which is unacceptable.

I hope the company takes full responsibility and resolves this issue quickly. Until then, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The chair trolly was promptly delivered but unfortunately it is a bit lightweight for the village hall chairs and people find it difficult to manage. It would have helped if the description said 'lighter chairs only'.

Good selection of products, reasonably priced and delivered speedily.

All good, no problems with ordering and receiving goods.

Good product but it took a long time to receive it - partly the fault of the first courier who managed to lose it in transit.

I will happily give 5stars the product arrived really fast well packaged and the product was very good quality. I had 1 minor issue which was delt with instantly and with more than satisfactory outcome.

Will 100% use this company again

We ordered a whiteboard from them and it was damaged, they sent a replacement whiteboard a few weeks later and it was once again damaged. Time wasting. I would avoid them.
