SCAMMERS. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I got headphones and they don't fit to the ear very well. They came damaged. What you see pictured isn't what they're selling. They're cheap imitations. Their rules state to take pictures and a screenshot of the order which I did. They then asked for a video? Thats not in their contract of sale. They said to send back for exchange. I don't want an exchange I want a refund. I spent my birthday money on this to have headphones before a big op. No response. Now I'm trying to get the money back via my bank. They aren't good at communicating and I wish I'd read the negative reviews before buying. I think I'm going to have to seek legal action if my money isn't refunded. I'd give the company minus 5 stars if I could.

Watch is comfortable wear and easy to use. Connect well with phone

Product had great sound quality and was stylish, unfortunately there was a slight issue, messaged customer service and they were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue accordingly. Overall an amazing experience.

I am really pleased with the watch I was able to track it on the full journey until it arrived.The apps and features on the watch are just as they described the only fault was the battery didn’t last as long as it said when I contacted AirWatch the response was prompt and have offered a new one in replacement cannot fault service at all

The airwatch arrived quickly and well packaged, exactly what l was looking for. Very happy with watch had all relevant apps you would associate with a smart watch, i am now considering buying my partner one also.

Stay away from this company the watch functions don't work properly pulse I ordered a extra chain link strap cost me £16.99 they gave the wrong strap in purpose. So when I emailed them that I got the wrong strap please can you send me the one I paid for they replied back saying I need to leave them a 5 star review and screen shot the review and send it to them after that they might send me my strap . What is this company like so all the good reviews you see on the sight is because they send you the wrong item and ask you to give them a false review to get your correct order that's if they will send it or not I don't know . This company should be reported to trading stranded.

I ordered the Airpod max dupes. They were £45 and a waste of money. They are too uncomfortable to wear and to get a refund you have to pay for return to China.

Arrived after 3 weeks. Cheap rubbish from China. The headphones are appalling. Cheaply made and terrible sound quality.My daughter spent her Christmas money on them as she liked the green colour. Don't waste your money.

Ordered headphones about a month ago still haven’t received! And shocking customer service!

In my many years of shopping online I have rarely come across such amazing customer service. The AirWatch is an incredible device to rival the Apple watch in most of it's features. When I needed assistance with the device the customer service team were quick to respond with excellent advice and solved my issue very quickly to my complete satisfaction. Do not believe any of the positive reviews, they have most likely been blackmailed into leaving them. Avoid at all costs. Received a faulty product which I wanted to return but the return address is in China, which is not stated anywhere on their website. They then tried to blackmail me by saying they would only send me a replacement if I left them a positive review and sent them evidence of the positive review. They also set up a recurring payment to take money from my account every month. I am now going through my bank for a charge back

I ordered these as the original ones were broken and packaging’ was damaged. So Airwatch kindly offered to send brand news one . I’m so happy with how customer service and the support which was given to me x . Can’t wait to show you the new headphones
