The website was accurate and convenient to use. I was able to find suitable flight options across a variety of dates.

We have travel all over Europe and use all the major carriers, once we travels with Air France,we stopped looking ,is our to go place before anyone, keep prices very competitice and is very friendly.

Navigating the website to book a flight was extremely easy.

Got what I needed quickly and fairly.

The website was easy to navigate and understand.

I was able to get the flights that worked for me, in a relatively quick and easy manner.

The online prices were good.

Air France continues to tweak its online/mobile product. Becoming easy to use. Now, if my entire online profile would always load when I purchase a ticket....life would be grand.

Booking on Air France website was super easy. Bummer that you have to pay to reserve a seat but I guess that is par for the course these days.

Poor clunky online ticketing. Took an hour to purchase tickets. Impossible to go back a step without being forced to start all over again. Site also realllly slow. When going back to check about one of the "options" I had selected it had me start the ticketing selection process all over again. The seat I had selected then showed up as "occupied". Caution as the site also quoted me a much higher ticket price then my earlier search when I had logged in to Flying Blue. Only after clearing all history on my browser and initially ticketing w/out signing in, did I recieve the earlier price. Creates trust issues.

Third try to pay worked. Card security sends a phone code SMS, by the time I approved it the reservation was cancelled and I had to start over. Tried to add a bag 'en soute' outbound but not on the return and could not without paying 2x.

Concerning the WVN3WR case, where the passenger was denied boarding due to overbooking, it is unacceptable that Air France gives itself up to 3 months to proceed with the reimbursement of the ticket, according to the words of your advisor this morning.
This is in spite of the regulations and in spite of the complicated situation that Air France causes to its passengers.
Nowadays, trust has become such a rare commodity that it makes the company's policy incomprehensible.

For this my first airline trip since COVID started I selected Air France for a direct flight from Seattle to Paris. I found the reservation system responding well and navigation intuitive. I was impressed that Air France offered a full refund in case I need to cancel. Maybe there is also something symbolic in choosing Air France: It was the airline that brought me back to the United States on my last flight, a week before COVID hit.

I used airfrance.us to book 5 plane tickets for a family trip. Finding our best flight options for a multi-city trip was very quick and efficient. Filling up personal information and selecting seats took much longer, and the site went down in the middle of seat selection, so that I couldn't finalize the reservation the day I wanted to. When it comes to paying with debit card, there are extra security steps that are a bit annoying, but I'm glad they are here. Overall, the website interface is pleasant, and not counting the aborted first attempt due to the downtime, the whole process (from searching the best flights to processing the final payment) took probably 20-30 minutes. The longest part was selecting the seats (3 legs times five passengers) to make sure the whole family is next to each other. I wish there was a more efficient way to select seats as a group.

Almost everything perfect: the seat, the service, the flight. The only issue is the entertaining on board: the movies were old and mainly French. We would have expected a better assortment

Air France and Delta airlines provide good flight options, and great service aboard flights. The information on the websites provide detailed information on the necessities for travel on the flight and with countries travel is to and through.

My reservation was not finished due to a "technical problem". The error page asked me to call Air France in order to finish my reservation. After 1 hour and 3 minutes waiting time the phone system asked me to call another time and hanged up. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Great service. They system however "hangs" sometimes.

I accept the fact that there will be less Air France flights and less connecting flights in these "interesting times." It is challenging to connect the pieces for the best fit. And I have found that it will involve spending some nights in hotels along the way. Air France gave the option to schedule a call back which worked perfectly. I know that whatever happens in this unpredictable time that Air France will quickly adapt and continue to provide excellent service.

The ease of using the system to book our trip. Looking forward to the experience of travel in January and making Air France my number 1 airline.
