Appreciate how easy it is to use the Air France app to book flights. Communicating with customer support is also a pleasant experience typically and most times easy to get thru to. This is my top choice for flights to Europe and have not had any delays in the last year and in-flight experience is good most times.

Very easy to make reservation and very security.

I waited for 1 year for 2 transaction numbers because AirFrance did not refund me on the right account (closed account), I received 1 number out of 2 after:
- spending hours on the phone and by email,
- sending a formal notice,
- calling a mediator,

I never received the second transaction number, my former bank did without it.

Run away from AirFrance because the complaints are badly read, the refunds are not issued where they are requested (when they are issued...), the customer service on the phone can never do anything for us while we wait for an agent easily for 1 hour and it takes them weeks or even months to write an email. In case of problem, you will lose at best a lot of time and at worst your money.

Wanted to make changes to my reservation and it was handled very well.

Airfrance is great, with a large range of movies(a lot that just came out) comfy economy class seating, large place for feet, the crew is very nice and helps you always with the smile on their lips. The food is absolutely incredible (I never,ever ate on planes because I found the food horrendous, but on Airfrance, Croissant for breakfast, juice, bieutiful and good cakes, good dinners, I never let any food behind) This is why I think Airfrance is in my opinion, the best airline I took.
PS: If you have kids that never eat on planes, take Airfrance, kids love the food too.

I made the reservation with AF Bos-Waw on 10/24, which was confirmed by an email from AF with PJNVFX.
I made this reservation from the AF polish website and paid in polish currency. The paid amount was withdrawn from my polish bank. 10 days later I wanted to make a reservation for another flight and I was trying to check my PJNVFX reservation and it was not there.
Therefore, I called AF and they said that they have to cancel my reservation as they cannot accept polish currency, but I am lucky as AF transferred my money back to my account. I did not hear any SORRY! I have to make another reservation for the same flights and paid about $200 more but in US$! Imagine that if I would not recheck my reservation and come to the airport to take my flight, then what will be my surprise?

First, I found it difficult to figure out how to book the flight I was interested in. Second, there seems to be no way to combine paying for a ticket and using points to upgrade to a better seat. I had to pay for this as well.

We were trying to juggle two different Flying Blue accounts to get joint tickets for each of us and avoid not being able to sit next to each other. Your agent suggested joining the accounts with the Family plan. That worked wonderfully. Thanks.

Their website is super slow, crashes with arcane errors, modified our email address and wouldn't let us check in.

Airfrance platform is easy to use for booking flights. Easy to find what I needed. It brings valuable information at each step of the reservation process. Payment was easy.

The site is easy to navigate but the number of miles required for a business class reward ticket has become ridiculously high 200K-700K vs. 73K average that used to be. We mainly travel AF/KLM but most likely will switch to a different carrier.

Called Flying Blue agent to book a Washington - Malaga flight in May 23 using points. Agent told me only one day was available in May - not the date I wanted. Later went on Flying Blue website and book flight with my points for exact date I wanted. Appears to be a disconnect between live agents and website information.

Great easy to use website/app to book my next trip. There were some glitches that occurred (reserved my ticket without my intention) but got resolved on their own the next day.

Booking a flight was not a problem, what annoyed me was, when I was in the process of booking numerous flights for a European tour, hence it took a lot of time coordinating flights with hotels etc....every time I went back to the Air France flight booking, the price was increasing by the minute it had increased over $150 by the time I was ready to book....just within a couple of days, and this was eight months in advance...!!!!

The AirFrance website was easy to navigate and gave me flight options I couldn't find elsewhere.
