This one stung a little not gonna lie. Spent years writing cold emails and thought I was decent. Then saw what the agent put together and realized mine were too long, too self focused, and way less effective. Humbling. But also exactly why I signed up better results, not ego protection.

I paid $19,800 for AI Acquisition's Launchpad program in November 2025. Three months later: zero discovery calls booked, zero revenue generated, and a refund request ignored.

Before I paid, I was shown a sales deck promising a "Full refund +$1,000 Back" and a "risk-free 90-day satisfaction guarantee." The salesperson sent me a Loom video promising a custom website within 48 hours, lead generation within 14 days, and 15 to 20 calls per week. None of that was delivered.

The CEO sent emails promising to "BUILD your AI agency for you. And FUND it. Zero down. Zero interest." When I asked about this, their salesperson admitted in writing it was "a marketing claim that of course we could not commit to." He called it "a marketing mistake." They kept selling anyway.

When I asked about refund requirements before paying, I was told I only needed to attend PGP sessions. The actual contract had six additional conditions including daily submissions for 12 months. The contract I signed had more restrictive terms than the one I was sent to review the day before.

By day five, no one was responding to my Slack messages. Other new clients on group calls were voicing the same complaints. When I formally requested a refund, they sent a new contract that changed jurisdiction to UAE and contained no refund provision.

I have documentation of everything: the sales deck, the Loom video, the WhatsApp messages with the "marketing mistake" admission, both versions of the contract, and all email correspondence.

If you are considering this program, ask to see the actual contract before any sales call. Compare it to what they promise in marketing. And get refund terms in writing before you pay.

I paid $10,600 for AI Acquisition’s Accelerator Program AKA AI Arbitrage Agency Program in 2025. The Accelerator (~$10,600) was called the "Done With You” program option after being offered three tiers at $5,600, $10,600, and $25,600. I fully followed the process including the training, weekly calls, 1:1 mentor calls, joined 30+ Facebook groups, completed LinkedIn messhge outreach for months, did local cold calling, paid separately for thousands of Apollo leads and Instantly email campaigns, and ran 30+ podcasts calls over more than seven months. Despite executing exactly as taught and spending significant additional money on tools, outreach, website set up and recording software, I did not land a single AI client. For a long time, I assumed the failure was on me, but there comes a point when you need to walk.

The core acquisition strategy is podcast and interview based outreach, which is now heavily oversaturated and no longer effective, yet this is not acknowledged in the program. There are widespread TikTok and Instagram ads claiming the founder Jordan makes $500k per month, but based on my experience it appears the primary revenue comes from selling the program itself rather than students achieving real ROI. To be fair, the company is legitimate, offers daily calls which I attended, and claims to be building new sales tools, they always responded and did really try to help me, it just didn't work for me.

All that said, the contract requirements are fundamentally unrealistic, Which I didn't realize in the beginning when I signed up. You are required to send 25,000 prospecting emails with a minimum 5% response rate. The industry averages are closer to 1 to 2% response rate and you need multiple domains in order to send 25,000 emails. This sets students up to fail from the start. You are also required to complete 40 verified sales calls and hit a 5% close rate within 60 days, which is not achievable for most if not all people, especially using their prescribed methods. I requested a refund at day 59, but was then offered extra mentoring and help which I accepted but again didn't work. Months later, after expressing frustration I decided I was done dumping my time, energy and money into this. I do not recommend you waste your time or money on this program.

Beaware, in the begining, they led me to see thier reviews on Trust Pilot which helped ease my mind about the investment, but I've heard they pay unhappy students to take down their bad reviews so this is why you only see good reviews. I will not take mine down because I'm hoping this review will save you from spending $5, 10k or $25k.

I’ll admit, I expected the AI component to be overhyped. It isn’t. The automation systems genuinely work and save me several hours each week. My outbound efforts are now automated, and I’m receiving steady replies without manually sending hundreds of emails. The initial setup required some effort, but it absolutely paid off.

Ho parlato con due persone in specifico la prima PABLO era chi ti vendeva il pacco di addestramento di 1200€ io pagai 400€ al inizio per riuscire ad accedere al corso ed avere la possibilità di ascoltare qualche lezione mentre pagavo l'altri 800€ a fine mese, provai a contattare la seconda persona che era chi si sarebbe presso carico di me di aiutarmi nel percorso FEDERICO, appena preso l'appuntamento per il giorno successivo questo ed evento conferma da parte sua questo ragazzo scompare non mi rispose più dopo 1 settimana si fece sentire alla mia insistenza tramite un'altro numero di telefono, dicendomi di prendere appuntamento ma per quel mese di gennaio non c'era possibilità gli scrisse ma mi ignoro, allora ho scritto di nuovo al primo ragazzo PABLO che mi disse che ci avrebbe parlato con lui dopo un'altra settimana e quindi essendo passato più di 15 giorni mi contatto FEDERICO dal vecchio numero dicendomi che quel numero era stato "fermato per due settimane" alla fine mi sono scoraggiato e non volevo più intraprendere il corso e loro mi riapossero dicendo che non c'era possibilità di rimborso e che se volevo potevo continuare a pagare il restante per continuare... A me è sembrata una truffa grande e grossa quindi consiglio vivamente di non entrare e soprattutto non mi diedero i soldi indietro si sono tenuti i 400€ dicendomi che dopo 15 giorni non c'era possibilità di rimborso, effettivamente i 15 giorni che FEDERICO è sparito. HO PROVE DI ACQUISTO E FOTO DI TUTTE LE CONVERSAZIONI

I still respect a few individuals from the program and don't want to name drop here. Instead, I will just provide my real experience with the program. I learned about this program online and figured, why not?

I onboarded on August of last year on their DFY Launchpad (most expensive option with dedicated support). The first 2-3 months were actually great and the materials were insightful. Vibes in the community were good. However, my problems began when they arbitrarily changed the service model without notice around month 3. It was written in the original service agreement that any changes must be written and approved by both parties (which did not happen).

The Growth Partner that I was assigned (which was supposed to be a dedicated business consultant assigned for 6 months per agreement) mysteriously vanishes on the 3rd month and the only way of me finding out was for me to reach out to various people. Only to learn that they are updating their program structure to a "drop-in" session. No more dedicated support that was originally agreed upon. We were in the middle of our campaigns that my Growth Partner was largely supporting, so having them suddenly disappear impacted me.

When confronted about this, they try to "remediate" the issue by basically offering to be your "ad client" which is not what you originally sign up for to begin with.

Additionally, I did not have ownership of all of my assets. Fortunately for me, I had a feeling something was amiss went through hoops and hurdles to get them transfer ownership mid-January of this year (Ownership of assets says with 30 days in the agreement). at this point i was my 5th month in the program and many of the originally agreed upon deliverables were not met.

The program claims that they will still keep you on for the originally intended year you sign up for even if you are displeased with your results. That promise is not kept as they boot you off immediately after you raise your issues and refund request.

I requested a refund as there was a clear breach in our original contract. They refused to honor. I went through the bank to show there was a clear breach and was given my refund.

I normally write these types of reviews and nor would I have if they just handled this interaction much better. However, I thought I should warn others of my experience.

AI Acquisition: Fluffy Pitch, Zero Delivery—And They Don't Even Use Their Own 'AI Apps/Agents'

Sat through their MLM-flavored intro reel—endless "unlock your empire" nonsense, stats that scream asterisk. Signed up for the Calendly demo because hey, maybe their AI agents could automate real work. Ninety minutes later? Ghosted. No call, no heads-up. They preach 24/7 autonomous sales bots booking everything, yet their own funnel runs on off-the-shelf Calendly and human closers.
If the platform's so revolutionary, why isn't their calendar AI? Why's a flesh-and-blood rep supposed to "walk me through"? Small businesses get sold the dream: one agent replaces the team. Meanwhile, these guys staff up like it's 1999. Contradiction? Or just a sales script?

Clowns. Yeah. Let 'em keep juggling.

The meeting with Shannon was absolutely helpful and effective. She was able in a very short time to launch with me my first campaign .

Update: they did meet with me and they offered to give me my refund or upgrade me to a new package.

During my time with these AI Acq, I did observe multiple people achieving significant success with their businesses that AI Acquisition was helping them to build. Ultimately I decided it was not the right fit for me but I do believe these guys are legit.

Had traffic but conversions were terrible. They rebuilt our funnel and optimized the whole thing, changed the offer structure, fixed the landing pages, added some automation. Conversion rate basically doubled in a few weeks. Same traffic, way more customers. Totally satisfied with them.

I mean.. before this, money came in but we had no idea why or how. There were No tracking

We set up follow up agents and pipeline tracking. That's it. Now we can literally see where customers drop off. That alone changed how we work day to day.

First weeks in AI Acquisition were learning heavy. wesley was upfront about timelines. month two started booking calls. slow but solid.

Even though Shannon was really busy, she still went above and beyond to help me get back on track. I’m looking forward to catching up with her again once I make that first sale!

i used to offer whatever clients asked, tiny retainers, no repeat. after AI Acquisition framework + Growth Plan Creator, i specialized on outreach automation alone. that added clarity and now clients pay higher retainers which makes biz healthier.

I joined AI Acquisition earlier this year after bouncing between a few different marketing offers that never really stuck. What stood out was how structured everything felt from the start. I was paired with my growth partner Alejandro and from week ine he made it very clear this wasnt about shortcuts. I come from a traditional marketing background and had clients, but no real system to scale. We worked through positioning first, then outreach, then delivery. It wasnt flashy, but it worked. I landed my first AI related client about six weeks in, which gave me confidence more than anything What I appreciate most is having someone who actually looks at what youre doing and tells you the truth.

i tried pitching to anyone at first. nowhere near effective. Jessie told me pick one niche and refine messages. once i did that and used the lead agent, replies went way better and conversions started to happen. revenue jumped enough to cover the cost in a couple months.
