Absolutely terrible. Dress arrived baring no resemblance to the advert. Poor quality. Immediately requested to return. 5 days and 6 emails later they still wont tell me how to return or process my refund. They have offered a 5% refund and suggested i gift the dress to someone. Dreadful. They intentionally have "London" in their name to mislead customers into believing they are a UK based company but they are not.

Item sent after 4 weeks was nothing like the coat advertised......also have been trying to get a refund ...they offered 15%then 20% then when I didn't except that they offered a 25%.refund and refused to give me details of where to send it back for a full refund ....
So I will never use this company again

La livraison a été extrêmement longue, sans aucune information claire.
À la réception, grosse déception : les robes reçues ne correspondent pas à celles commandées et la qualité est catastrophique, très loin des photos et descriptions du site.

J’ai contacté le service client par email et via le site, à plusieurs reprises, pour demander un remboursement, mais aucune réponse à ce jour.
Le silence total face à une commande non conforme est inacceptable.

Je déconseille fortement cette marque :
– produits non conformes
– qualité très décevante
– service client inexistant

J’attends toujours une réponse et une solution.

I never received my products, they said they will reimburse me, they never did and even blocked my email address.
I tried reaching out through their 2 email addresses, instagram dm, instagram comments, nothing. They keep on deleting my comments btw.

This brand changed their name from D’AngelaPanelli to this rubbish to try to dissociate from the horrible reviews. If you haven’t noticed they are scammers who sell shit clothes to people who fall for the tactics. When i unfortunately placed an order last june, it arrived in august missing an item. I never heard a peep back from them, never got reimbursed. Keep reporting them.

Delai de livraison trés long, plusieurs semaines d "attente alors que la livraison devait être trés rapide, taille ne correspondait pas à la taille commandée, la robe est immense trés mal coupée et non mettable, qualité trés mediocre.
J ai demandé un retour de l article mais aucune reponse du site malgré mes nombreux mails.

I first placed an order in July, they got back to me mid August that the item I selected was out of stock, so they gave me the chance to choose another product, and when I received it, almost 2 weeks after, it was incorrect. The dress I chose was black and red with some patterns, but I got a regular red dress instead. After having shared the experience to the support by email, they stated they would refund me. I followed up on them for months, and I still haven't gotten a reply nor a refund.

What a scam!

L’azienda dice essere spagnola, ma i prodotti arrivano dalla Cina. SE arrivano, giustamente.
Ho fatto un ordine a inizio agosto; nessun movimento fino a quando non ho mandato una mail e hanno spedito l’ordine il 19 agosto. I tempi di consegna comunicati sono assolutamente falsi.
E oltre al grande ritardo (scrivo ora, ad Ottobre), il corriere iMile sostiene di avermi consegnato il pacco, ma io non ho ricevuto proprio nulla e non rispondono nemmeno alle mail in cui chiedo qualcosa in merito ad esso.
€90+ buttati al vento, non comprate niente da loro.

Ho ordinato due canottiere e oltre a metterci quasi due mesi per arrivare, me ne è arrivata solo una, servizio clienti inestistente. Veramente sconsigliato.
