Today, I tried to withdraw my rewards and it literally took seconds. I'm grateful.

The exercise is good. But when it comes to payout via mobile money top up, you have only restricted it to M-pesa thereby disadvantaging the people not in Kenya

The recent improvements to the features and esthetics of the platform are very attractive and unique.
Glitches experiend with withdrawal to bank also seems to hsve been dealt with. The platform appears to now be better optimized.

However, I still experience cases where surveys are sucessfully completed and rewards not credited, and not found pending. Also, I have rewards from successfully completed surveys thst have remained pending for close to two months. This should be looked into.

Overall, there have been noticeable and positive improvements.

I have tried several time to pay out through my bank account, they keep on teeling that paymant is successful but i can't get my reward

I don't understand why I always need to follow up or question the service you guys provide. I've been loyal and grateful even recommend people to join me ... This is my last time really. Ive got two pending payouts , my gfk 7day reward is not even recorded and hasn't been credited , my internal survey of R39 I completed is also not recorded or rewarded on your system . This is not fair. I take my time , I put in the effort . Why cant our all our efforts be recorded so that there can be a thorough data report , are you telling me that I need to screen record every survey I do to prove my productivity. To prove that I completed my tasks? I am sorry , I want my rewards and I want to withdraw immediately and I am very dissapointed once again!

The platform has really improved greatly
Just for the fact of delayance in getting surveys ,my withdrawal option comes only as mobile top up which I can’t really use the money for something else.

This is absolutely frustrating. Other users in countries like Ghana, Uganda, and others are reporting successful withdrawal through airtime. But no Nigerian has been able to withdraw through this method. This is unfair. Why allow airtime withdrawal for only some African countries but not Nigeria.

I've tried for months. Just today, someone from Kenya successfully withdrew through airtime. But for 7 months I can't withdraw. It just say "No available operators found for the given criteria". And the worst part is when it mistakenly go through, the platform will just give "successful notification" but the airtime never enters my SIM. The last time, I gave three stars, now its one. I will improve my review if I successfully withdraw. Thanks

When I did the survey it was clearly ksh 300 yet I was only given ksh 0.03 for each survey and two surveys for that matter plus ksh 76 not updated in my account. Please do something about this. michealneizy@gmail is my email.

Afrisight is a good platform for making small small money. However, withdrawal of funds have been the major problem here. I have been opportuned to withdraw by flutterwave after several failed attempts but it is yet to reach my account please. So how long does it take for the money reflect on my account?

After several months and emails, I’ve been able to successfully request for payout and have been credited. I’m giving 4stars because of amount of time it took for my concerns to be resolved otherwise I would have given 5star. Thank you Afrisight but there’s more room for improvement.
