Complete experience with great service
My husband and I booked a 7 day Botswana Safari including stays in Khwai (Okavango Delta) and Chobe. Bronwyn was our consultant and I was very pleased with the service we received as well as the quality of the safari experience. Our package used Bush Ways lodges for stays at Khwai Guest House and Chobe Elephant Camp. All meals and game drives were included as was a bush flight between Khwai and Kasane with Mack Air. I can't say enough about how wonderful the overall experience was. Our guides - Stan in the Delta and Kevin in Chobe were both excellent. They both gave us one-of-a-kind experiences including finding leopards and lions in both areas (a full lion pride in the Delta and a lion with a fresh kill in Chobe). Bronwyn also arranged for our transfer from Kasane to Victoria Falls which was very much appreciated. Overall we had an amazing experience without breaking the bank. I would definitely recommend African Budget Safaris and will be booking with them again in the future.

Lion and Leopard in both the Delta and Chobe, great guides and super accommodation, meals and transfers. Truly epic.
There have also been the most phenomenal rains in Botswana this year, so Botswana was really showing you her very best side.

Perfect service, super!
Everything about the trip was truly excellent. The itinerary was perfectly designed, and the lodges and camps were all high quality, even better than we had expected (expecially Enkorok Mara Camp). The tour was very well organized from start to finish, and the local operator, Asili, did an outstanding job.
We were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, essentially every type of animal we had hoped to encounter on safari, and we were genuinely amazed by the entire experience.

Wonderful Kenyan Safari Experience
This is the 2nd time we have used African Budget Safari's, first time was in 2018 to Namibia. We were so pleased with the arrangements for that safari so we had no hesitation in using them again.
Right from the first enquiry Harriet responded very quickly to our emails. We had lots of questions and these were all answered promptly and patiently! The arrangements for the safari were very detailed, the lodges used were comfortable and our driver/guide was the best! We felt very well looked after and safe. Being older travellers this was important to us.
We have no hesitation in recommending ABS and look forward to using them again

January / February are great months to travel in East Africa and especially the Serengeti with calving season in full swing.
Almost synchronised births and that in turn brings the predators.

Africa on foot
I made a booking with Bronwyn. I told her that I’m a solo traveller looking for a week long Safari in Kruger Park she recommended the five day hiking Safari to me which consisted of having a morning walk in the bush and a game drive at night at the Africa on foot Lodge my experience was wonderful. I’ve had the best guides I could ever imagine and I would do this trip all over again in a second. the lodge itself is very beautiful - consisted of two pools great food and a very beautiful bungalow to rest between the game drives. the maximum of people is was three and I even got a private tour of the day I left. all in all it was 10 out of 10 experience.

I am so happy I found African Budget Safaris and Bronwyn. My trip to Namibia was cancelled two months before I was travelling and Bronwyn came to the rescue. She had me two option of yours that worked with my dates. Answered my endless questions and assured me I would have a great trip. I will forever be a loyal customer and can’t wait to book my next adventure with her!
The trip was amazing. Gideon our driver and tour guide made sure our group was always safe, well informed and happy.
The highlight of the trip was doing the excursion just outside of Walvisbay in Sandwich harbour.
I hope to go back to Namibia in the future.

Simply amazing
Our somewhat random choice of tagging on a trip to South Luangwa, Zambia through African Budget Safaris at the end of our own organized trip was the best decision ever.
The arrangements were impeccable. Daniel from African Budget Safaris responded in a timely manner, provided clear explanations, and tailored the front and back end to accommodate our existing travel plans. He made me feel like I was being heard all the time and was very patient with my many questions. (I used to work for a travel company so I know it can be tricky to juggle different client files and make people feel like their trip is priority.)
As for Flatdogs Camp in South Luangwa, Zambia, we were a bit concerned arriving at the start of the rainy season in November...yes, we had some rain, but we also had dry days too, and we still saw lots of mammals and bird. Daniel’s additional information about what to bring, what to expect, etc. was helpful in our planning. The camp was well organized, staff were warm and friendly and took good care of us, accommodation was excellent, food was tasty and abundant, and the organized game drives were fantastic. It’s a special place.
Thank you African Budget Safaris and Flatdogs Camp for making our trip so memorable in so many wonderful ways. I applaud you.

Life changing
Our experience was such a life changer.
We slept at the Tlou tented camp and we felt at home at all times. A really kind lady called Noxy was there to help us out with all our needs and questions. Food was amazing too.
As far as the safaris go ours were full of animals as the big five and more. All the rangers we had were extremely talented and they made sure we could see every single little or big animal we came across while drive through the Pilanserberg Park.
Totally recommend this company they are just beyond amazing!

Safaris in Pilanesberg and Kruger
I wanted to experience a safari in a simple way and I appreciated turning to ABS for that. They were really reactive and helpful in organising everything for me. Chris was kind and professional towards me, which made me feel confident. I had the chance to do two 4 days safaris in two different areas : Pilanesberg and Kruger. Each place had its own uniqueness and my time was lovely in both of them. The organisation was very good, the security too, the staff were amazing and the experience incredible. I am leaving South Africe with an extraordinary memory of my time there.

6 Day Garden Route Tour
I have never travelled to South Africa before so i was totally reliant on Bronwyn for her unparalleled knowledge about South Africa. She recommended several trips and soon realised that i wanted something with lots of extra optional activities available. Communication was aways prompt, easy and reliable. A good value for money tour with flexible start dates and duration. I loved it that i was able to book into bunk style, shared accommodation, which was of a very high standard. I find this option helps as a solo traveller and it was a great way to meet new, like minded people. A trip of a lifetime with memories to last for ever. Thank you.
