The service was fast
The service was fast. I still don't like that 5.00 charge added if you don't have 50.00 of products. I love the oil samples which is good. I noticed that the oil doesn't keep the aroma long as it once did 🤔

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with some of the scents or the $5 fee for being under your wholesale minimum. While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping.

I bought 7 different oil scents and am sending 3 of the 7 back. The scents were weak and 1 didn’t smell anything like the original. I am a business owner and need consistency. They advertise free shipping on returns but I paid $13 to return the items because no return labels were provided

Package came earlier than expected
Package came earlier than expected. It was wrapped with care. The lids were on tight but it wasn't to the point where I couldn't get them off. That gave me reassurance that the company was paying attention so there's no spills. Also I received 3 small sample fragrances as a gift.
