Ordered my new s26ultra over a week ago spoke several times to several different people. Story seems to change every time. Used them before and had no issues atall this time ive been waiting a week im already paying my contract bill but still no handset. Been told a manager will co tact me ive had no emails and no phonecalls. Not happy with the customer service atall

Being messed around
It started off with being accepted for the Samsung A56 5G mobile on 3 then I was told that I couldn't keep my number as it was on the same network so I couldn't do it.You took £36.00 out of my bank ,Then i was told the transaction was cancelled and to refuse delivery.Then i was told that if I did it different I could have a phone and keep my number so you took another £36.00 out and said all was well .But I recieved a email the next day to say I couldn't have a phone,Now I am 72.00 out of pocket And I am a Disabled OAP with diabetes -£72.00.So I am not happy .I have been a customer for a few years now but it looks like I won't be for much longer.

I’ve tried to contact you to discuss your experience and hopefully put things right, but I haven’t been able to reach you.
I’m very sorry you’re experiencing difficulties with your order. After reviewing it, I can see that this was set up as a new contract. Unfortunately, networks can’t internally transfer numbers between separate new contracts, which is why it has been difficult for you to keep your existing number.
I can also see that you’ve contacted us to request a cancellation. I’m sorry it has come to that. The cancellation process can take up to 10 working days, this includes the time needed for the handset to be returned to our warehouse and fully processed. Once your order has been cancelled, you’ll receive an email confirmation. After that, your upfront cost will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
