Having arranged a remortgage through Affinity previously, I contacted Dan when the mortgage on our main property fell due for review. As previously, he was quick to respond and let us know what information he needed from us and quickly started to research the market to find the best deal to meet our requirements. Due to our circumstances, he recommended that we remain with our current provider which we were happy with, knowing that this was the best option for us. The administration led by Faye was efficient and very little for us to do. As ever, a great service by Affinity and I'd have no hesitation recommending them to others (as I have done previously).

Contacted our broker Richard as our Fixed Mortgage Rate was coming to an end. Richard was so helpful as always, nothing is ever too much trouble and he dealt with the whole process for us very quickly, answering our questions thoroughly and advising us accordingly. Mary kept us up to date once all paperwork was completed and made contact with us to clarify completion as promised. I cannot recommend Affinity highly enough for all of the services they have provided us with over recent years, including our Mortgage, writing of our Wills and Life Insurance.
