Dan was introduced to us through a friend and has proven to be very professional, efficient and contacted us as soon as any problems were raised and explained everything clearly as first times buyers we didn’t have any idea and he broke it down and explained everything so well to us and managed to get us a brilliant deal even during a pandemic.

Dan’s assistant Mary was extremely consistent with everything following the Mortgage offer, she chased our solicitor regularly and updated us frequently even if there was no change just to put our mind at rest and answered any questions we had.

Getting a mortgage for my flat was quick and smooth thanks to Simon Jones and the team at affinity mortgages, including Jess Abrahams and Samantha Cross, who were very helpful and answered any queries that I had quickly and with detail.
