Bonjour, Très content du service rendu. Le temps passé à la douane nous a stressé par rapport à l'horaire prévu. La file n'avançait pas. Nous aurions dû arrivé 1h30 avant et pas 1h comme conseiller. Ça serait préférable de le dire précisément. Très cordialement. Roland

Je déplore le retard considérable survenu au port de Dovers le 22/05/2026 et qui a généré un temps d’attente trop long au contrôle et à l’enregistrement. Le reste s’est déroulé comme prévu.

35 years going abroad never used Irish ferries... But I had to use this time and what a surprise.. Clean efficient, very friendly staff.. I will definitely be using again.. 6 stars...

Irish Ferries were great. We were early for our scheduled ferry and we were allowed to board the earlier sailing making for an easier onward journey.

Very good service left on time. Very noisy children running around the ship at one o'clock in the morning. Even being shouted at and a announcement over the ships tannoy, still nothing was done to stop it.

Regular, reliable ferry service (Dover /Calais). Had a number of long style bed/chairs where you can stretch out for a sleep, which are much more comfortable for the crossing ( particularly if choppy waters) My crossing was calm and relaxing. The food and drink is adequate and served by friendly staff. I found the staff helpful for orientation on board as it is all too easy to become disorientated between decks and service areas (I.e. can get confused). The viewing areas are good and I liked the panoramic glass windows at the bow of the ship. The general view is of a clean, well managed ship and safe to travel on. Yes, I'll book Irish Ferries for my next trip. My rating 9 out of 10.
