DFDS Newhaven Dieppe Omdömen

Outstanding value

Très agréable traversée

I only live 30 minutes from the ferry... So very convenient. The ferry is very comfortable. Clean and prices for food and drinks reasonable.

Verifierat

Good value for the money

Verifierat

The queue in the food line took so long that our meal was cold before we could eat it

Verifierat

Excellent journey on very good boat. Nothing to fault with the trip, except a couple of areas for improvement - the port itself at Newhaven is not very well sign posted and although you are given a sat nav postcode it is quite easy to miss the dfds port, particularly with heavy traffic around. Also, I have used this crossing twice and cannot understand why the documentation states that check-in closes 90 mins before sailing, when in reality check-in doesn’t even open until 95 mins before and possibly later.

Clean ship , plenty of seats

Relaxing crossing with time for a snooze.

Verifierat

On time & as expected. Good.

Verifierat

It’s excellent on the whole. The only thing it needs is some entertainment, fruit machines or pinball or something like that.

Verifierat
