Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.

I researched a lot of warranty companies got good feedback from Chatgpt...decided to try AFC...Customer service was great. Haven't used the services yet but will update when I do.

So far the process and knowledge of the plans were very good. Just signed up so not sure if the process for warranty claims is good.

The account rep/agent was helpful and knowledgeable. He accommodated my schedule with a timely call-back and responded to questions with direct answers. Our exchange of information was more a conversation than a Q&A making a large quantity of information easier to understand.

Richard Clemons was great to deal with. Was not pushy, answered all my questions till I couldn’t think of any more! I never had a home warranty before. My sister thinks they are great.
