Afcase Omdömen

Love my new case! So easy to put on and take off. Soft cover

I had different phone cases throughout the years and I have never found a case like this not only is the quality of the case amazing. The price is amazing. The colors are amazing. It is so good that I bought one for each of my family.

I would give this company 0 stars if it were allowed. The case took a month to arrive. They advertised Luxury METAL case and the pictures look like metal. The case that finally arrived was some cheap plastic worth about $2. This is bait and switch and is illegal in the USA. They should be prosecuted.

I ordered a phone case, screen protector and camera lense protector. All three were poor quality and took aver two to be shipped from China. The screen protector barely adheres to the screen and is lifted from the edges. The case actually says “ultra thin mobile phone protective case” in a circle on the case. Very disappointed in wasting $65 on this trash. It will all be thrown out because I don’t see it as usable

The case took way too long to get delivered and when I got it.. it was flimsy and cheap. Esp for the high price. I wanted a prepaid return label for it and they said to ship it back and they would reimburse me. And that did not happen. Very POOR customer sevice and quality of the product was very subpar. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Phone case and screen protectors ordered have failed to arrive by the target delivery date. Further the tracking info has not updated in almost 24 hours and customer service has not responded to the problem in over 6 hours.

Ordered a case and received the wrong one, they are non-responsive at the moment. when I tried to write a 1 star review it would not post, likely all reviews are fake

I wanted a phone case as I was in between cases and couldn't decide what to get. This was inexpensive so I though I'd try it.
Well it is very easy to hold to, haven't dropped my phone in a long time now! And the design is so interesting.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHONE CASE 10/10. Wicked colour. Super cool.

I love afcase phone cases🥰 good protection and nice looking color. Choice for your cellphone📱.

Reliable Store with High-Quality Products! I've been shopping at this phone case store for a while now, and I've never disappointed. The cases are always of high quality, and the customer service is top-notch. The store is reliable, and my orders always arrive on time. A-5 star store, without a doubt!

Expensive phone case that is poor quality. The coloring started to come off 2-3 weeks after purchasing it. It cost too much for that to happen so quickly.

Fantastic Customer Service and Great Products! This store has the best customer service I've encountered in a while. The staff was helpful in finding the perfect case for my phone. The quality of the cases is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this Brand!

Exceptional Store with Top-Quality Cases! I am extremely impressed with this phone case store! They offer a wide selection of high-quality cases that are both stylish and durable. The shopping experience was smooth, and my order arrived quickly. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

ordered 2 items for my phone. Package came with only 1 of the items. Tried to contact this seller. 2 days later they responded by saying check your mailbox this was delivered. I tried to tell them the package had only one item and the other was missing. Got nowhere with them. Don't do business here.

Pretty disappointed especially for the price. Initially I was okay with paying a little bit more to have magsafe built into the case for my work phone, a samsung galaxy s24. The case sent by AFcase did not match the description of item ordered. Ultimately initiated a return as the "magsafe" part could not bear the weight of the phone it was specifically designed for. Having an iphone for my personal phone, i have a multiple magsafe chargers/holders and the phone kept sliding off every single one.

Trying to come up with a nice thing to say about the case... it looked okay. After closer inspection; the orange on black sides contrasted very well, but the smoky/clear back showed the poor quality rough cutting of the "magsafe" ring feature.

Other notes:
It also feels very cheap to the touch and fairly thin/flimsy.

Afcase would not pay shipping to return the item. The fact that it was the wrong item to begin with and did not meet the bare minimum "magsafe" requirement merits a full refund. This is very annoying and honestly should have been covered by Afcase.

Over the months shipping, wrong item received and Customer service didn't answer emails. Be away from them.

Case never came. They didn't respond to any correspondence.
