Beware of this company they created a fraudulent address and used my name to be a compliance with the state that they supposed to be working in I live in the state of Georgia they do not have license to work in this state they have been trying to collect money from me for months using a fraudulent address I have contacted my bank to put a stop to these fraudulent people

I am so sorry that I ever applied and got approved but I was in a dire need and of course never really read all the fine lines. I have always made my payments but it seem my principal just never gets lower and my payoff balance always gets higher, I have read other reviews and I wish I would have read before getting this loan shark loan. I paid in back in the more than $15 k on a $3000 balance I wish there was a way to get out from under them but I just can not come up with the payoff so I am basically stuck and even when I pay extra to the principal it doesnt seem to make a difference. Stuck in hell.

This is a weird company. I applied and got approved and was told that I'd have to go over some documents and sign them then their website
"shut down" and after calling I was told to wait 30 minutes for the website to be back up. After waiting I wasnt able to sign in and I know I was entering the right password, however, the password reset link doesnt even come to your email and after calling again I was told that IT would look at it and to wait 30 mins again. LOL, after waiting 30 mins again and calling back now they dont wanna answer the phone. I really needed the funds but now I feel like they just got all my information for nothing hopefully they dont take the little money that I have in my bank acct.

Was fast and easy

Very simple and easy. Quick. Very helpful customer service. However, my malware detection flagged the app as malware. The web address of the app does not reflect Advance America. So I deleted the app

Avoid this company at all costs! They say one thing and do another, shady business practices, and the supervisor was the most unhelpful person I’ve dealt with in quite some time now. Don’t waste your time or money with them. They are legalized loan sharks who prey on people in need.

Advance financial sucks .i told them no more autocrats out of my account as i lost my job and they keep doing it now im 991$ overdrawn in my account

Yes, I went to pay my account off and they said the amount was three times the amount it was three months ago and that’s BS. I’m reporting all to the Better Business Bureau and everybody else on social media Instagram because y’all are scammers.

N/A didn't realize I got the money until I checked my email

My representative bronzo was super patient and knowledgeable. He helped me get approved in literally less than 15mins. He was so polite throughout our encounter. By far best place to seek financial assistance funds was in my account instantaneously. Pleased customer.
