This company just wants to keep you in debt to them.
Each payment of $800+that they get monthly is mostly going to them $87 is all they applied to the loan principal, the other $700+ went in their pockets.

Not good customer service, representatives are not properly trained to deal with the specific situation of the customer accounts. I was issued a refund and never received it, they have no clue about the status of it. Asking for a manager is something imposible to get. Totally out of place. Not a good company to have business with it.

They send me a pre-qualified freaking letter in the mail that says in big fancy letters your pre-qualified look at you and then I try to go and get you know my info on there and make sure I'm actually qualified and it shuts me out and says nope sorry you're denied then I call a couple of customer service to see if maybe I just did it wrong and they all hung up on me thank you for wasting my time and thank you for being so utterly rude I have perfect credit there's no reason I should have gotten denied that's why you sent the letter duh. Your loss not mine I'm going with Capital One thank you.

Was approved and told that my funds would be available in 24 hours after 24 hours still no funds called the number and was told my loan had been rejected with no reason

They was very patient with me and professional.

Well for one he said it's just sent me a thing saying as approved for the loan then you want me to do it either verification I did that and then he said my account was closed

Horrible company had a revolving loan for over a year paid on time never late. Paid off my loan now they say my bank which I was using for over a year kind you had to many people defaulting on the loan. If I owned a business I would want my better quality customers to stick around. Will never advise anyone to work with this company

Initially approved me for 2000 , cool I only needed 500, then it went down to 450, ok not sure why but still close to what I needed. Next thing I know says 50$, All my documents showed what I stated. Oh well two days worth of back and forth for 50 bucks. you'll probably sell my info and get three times that. I Look forward to the onslaught of scam calls.

I was so happy to see Lisa Hendon back in the Rhea County Tennessee Advance Financial 24/7 store in Dayton TN this morning! She always has a smile on her face eager to help you great people skills and always very professional! We have missed her since she left Dayton TN Advance Financial here in Rhea county TN! Wish she could get back to Dayton full time and a promotion to the Manager there! Maria the Manager that has recently been in the Dayton TN is always rude no people skills whatsoever never smiles and has always looked miserable behind the counter never takes the time to really know her customers and always ignoring your questions and not willing to show a professional attitude towards her customers that see her on a monthly basis to make their payments.She doesn't fit in well here in Rhea county TN and I honestly would hate to have to go into make my payment each month if she was the employee who would be dealing with me that day.complete lack of professionalism and never a smile on her face, she was and has always been grumpy and acting like she was in a rush and couldn't take the time to get to know her customers and help Advance Financial in Rhea county TN grow and bring in more customers and business. After being approved for a loan and getting
a Congratulations, and trying to log in to my
account without success and trying to use the
contact phone number which is not in service.
I finally found a number and was told even though
I got approved I would not get the funds.
