I recently had jaw filler with Amy and had a great experience not just with Amy but with all staff I came into contact with. I've had multiple treatments including filler and botox with Amy and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are professional and great communication in terms of what to expect during the procedure and after care. If you're looking to have any aesthetic treatment this is the place to go.

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding both the outcome of my recent Sculptra treatment at your clinic and the way my concerns have since been handled.

As previously documented, I have experienced significant adverse effects following the procedure, which I have clearly illustrated with photographic evidence. Despite this, your team has repeatedly insisted that the treatment “went well,” a claim that is simply not supported by the reality of my condition. This level of denial is not only dismissive but deeply unprofessional.

Furthermore, I must address two additional and unacceptable issues -

1. False Claims About Communication: I was told that a phone call took place to discuss my concerns. This is categorically untrue—no such call occurred. Falsifying communication undermines any trust I had in your clinic’s integrity and accountability.

2. Irresponsible Recommendations: Shockingly, when I reported the visible and distressing results of the initial procedure, I was advised to undergo more of the same treatment—the very substance that caused the disfigurement—in an apparent attempt to “correct” the outcome. This recommendation is not only medically questionable but borders on reckless.

This companies handling of this situation reflects a serious failure in patient care, transparency, and ethical responsibility. I am requesting an immediate and honest response explaining how you intend to address this situation, along with a clear outline of what corrective action you are prepared to take.

I am now escalating this matter through appropriate external channels, including formal complaints to regulatory bodies, seeking independent medical advice and sharing my experience publicly to help others avoid similar harm.

I have visited Michelle at the clinic a few times in the last few months and every time has been a lovely experience.
I have had treatments for facial asymmetry and despite still being a work in progress I am over the moon with the results and Michelle’s passion to continue tweaking for the best results while explaining everything to me thoroughly. I noticed a huge difference only after my first time and the results continue to get better and better!

Fantastic clinic, friendly, welcoming and above all professional , knowledgeable and experienced. Michelle explains every procedure and will recommend treatments if asked, I would not trust any other clinic, try it you will not be disappointed

I booked online for clearlift as I thought that’s what would be beneficial for my skin. When I went to my appointment my skin was very angry, red, really dry, dehydrated and irritated ( I thought the clearlift would help)
After speaking with Holly she recommended a facial instead and explained how it would help my skin concerns . She was very knowledgeable, patient and explained things in detail. The facial was lovely and relaxing ( I felt like a pampered princess haha) I didn’t expect to see or feel any results straight away but my skin looked so much better, healthier/fresher, felt hydrated and soft instead of rough. I’m so glad this was recommended. I have booked for another facial in a few weeks. I think the “less is more” approach is 100% correct, I’ve always thought that the more intense a treatment is, the better the result and from my experience now that’s not always the case. I wanted to buy some products to use at home for maximum benefit and I was recommended things that would help my skin the most, I wouldn’t have a clue. I also had polynuctide for my under eyes (hollowness) and the results are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else (I travel over 2 hours) I can’t wait for my next visit . Michelle and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and the clinic is stunning. Michelle did my Botox and Sculptra, approx 2 weeks ago, today I got ID for a garden trowel, I’m 38 in June, I was completely stunned as iv not been ID for years, I’m absolutely made up! Thank you for my tweaks which are helping me to age perfectly but not look “done”.

Michelle is a complete magician! So delighted with the results of Sculptra, Botox and a little lip filler. At 57 my skin was aging and lost its firmness. I also had issues with drooping of my face due to a mini stroke which has now been completely rectified by Michelle’s expertise! I am completely amazed and now look so much younger yet all very natural, Michelle is passionate about keeping things looking ‘not too done’ and subtle yet the results are outstanding.
