Ordered cloths complete address on my order before I purchased so today they sent my stuff back to the store saying no address then the lady says call an talk to ups

I would like to commend Ms. Tyteeanna Henderson at the Waldorf location who extended great customer service. She was very knowledgeable warm and welcoming customer service from her was so good I ended up buying more items. She also informed me of the merger with JC penny. 5 stars from me. Keep up the excellent work.

I ordered a bunch of clothes for my daughter for school in the first week of September. Fed ez delivered it to the wind address with Igor confirmation sent to me. I informed Fred ex them that Pic does not match my residence. I contacted Aeropostale to rectify the issue and it is currently October 9th and u still have no clothes or refund. I was told I have to make s police report which I did despite the push back from NYPD to create one stating this is not an issue for a report but I insisted and they did it. They do not provide a physical copy of the report only the number. A physical report requires a month of waiting after requesting online and I explained that to aeropostale when I gave them the report number. That was not enough I'm currently, waiting for a report in the mail so I can get my refund because I no longer want anything to do with aeropostale ever again. Don't shop there, quick to take your money horrible customer service

I ordered sweatpants from Aeropostale online. When my package arrived today, it had a shirt inside instead and the packing label on the outside literally said "sweatpants," so this wasn't a mislabeled bin issue, it was just packed wrong.

I contacted customer service right away expecting a quick fix. Instead I was told I have to print a return label (I don't own a printer), drop the package off myself (I don't have a car), wait for them to receive the wrong item back, and only then will they process my refund. They don't offer exchanges, so if I still want the sweatpants I originally paid for, I'd have to wait for the refund and then place an entirely new order — essentially paying and waiting twice for their mistake.

I understand needing the incorrect item back, but the burden of fixing a fulfillment error that was 100% on their end has been placed entirely on me — the time, the errand, the logistics, all of it. Meanwhile my money is stuck in limbo until I jump through their hoops.

If you order from Aeropostale, double-check your package immediately, and be prepared to do significant legwork if they get it wrong.

The ladies at Northlake Mall in Charlotte did the best job at customer service and full focus assistance at what my daughter was trying on for back to school . My daughter who will be ijn11th grade was so pleased with their help and new clothing ! Thank you Aeropostale

I visited the store in Jersey City Newport Centre Mall. I have to say that I haven’t had a bad experience at that store until today. I picked a few items on sale and went to register , the girls were very nice, only I noticed the sale sign was showing 70% off and when the items were scanned it showed as 50%off. I pointed it out and the girls to correct that. They called the gentlemen named Roger, who looked more like a cleaning person than a sales person. He told me that the sign is wrong and I can either take it or leave it and he cannot do anything about it (!) I asked him if he was the manager (?) He said yes and turned his back to me (!)
I could not believe how rude his behavior was. I can understand there is a mistake and a simple apology can fix that. Getting the merchandise for the price actually advertised would be nice, but again I can understand. I really wasn’t expecting much more. Being treated in such a rude way did surprise me.
A company of this size could afford to train their managers better.

they scammed me I ordered two item for eligibility to free shipping. A week later they sent me an email saying they don’t have one of the item and charged me shipping I paid 35$ for a25$ hoodie. When I called customer service they said I selected special shipping. Really? What a scam, so I received the item two weeks later with a special shipping. Is that new method of ripping people?

It’s taking two weeks for clothes to get to me via shipping. I’m really not happy about it because I wanted my teen to have them in time before school ended.
Also they canceled two shirts that I especially liked. I wouldn’t have even bought shirts in the first place if I had known half of them would be canceled.
This store/ website really stinks.

Employees are so mean. I went with my friend. When I went to the changing room, I came out and asked an employee a question, and they ignored me. Then their friend answered for me. Like wth?? And then I went to the cashier. I wasn't getting anything but my friend did, and the lady there was so disrespectful. My friend asked a question and she said smth like "duh?" And then at the end she wanted change back, and was like 'ya I think 4 dollars was the change" and the cashier fr went like "yep that is definitely your change' except with a snarky tone. So rude. Cute clothes tho

I wish to God I read reviews before I ordered from the website. Got a shirt that not only ran small, but shrunk more and won’t fit. I can’t exchange because over 60 days. I would not recommend this brand. You get stuck.

I would like to say thank you to the three employees who help me at aeropostale centre mall in saskatoon to Ruth( Manager) , Sel (supervisor) and Rochelle ( asst. manager) for helping me when i bought a lot of clothes because they are on sale i appreciate the patience , understanding and treating customers especially to me they have an excellent customer service , im recommending them to be valued by the management . These three employees desrve to be recognized. And i thank you to the management of aeropostale that you hired these employees. I will probably recommend the aeropostale to my collegues, family and friends .

Paid extra for shipping and I noticed part of my order was shipped through ups and I got in a couple days which was great! However, the other part of my order was still shipped through FedEx smart post. They already lost the first package the first time I tried to order. I have a feeling it’s going to happen again! PLEASE STOP USING FedEx! Especially smart post! Ugh

Ordered clothes online gave me the wrong items and half of the order was missing. I had to return wrong items. The person in costumer service didn't even say I'm sorry for the inconvenience wasn't very helpful.

Poor material and always doesn't fit true sizes, oder this brand by online twice it arrived with poor material and sizes way too big always. I will never ever buy this brand again.

I ordered 3 t shirts from their promo. Buy 1 get 2 free which is about $30 for this order. When I received the package, it appeared that they ship wrong size for 1 of t shirts so I contact customer service to exchange to be the correct size. The customer service said I can ship back and they will refund $8 for it and I can order it again but for me to get this price I have to order 3 T shirts again which is their fault that ship wrong size to me. I just want to get what size I ordered. They don’t have return for exchange system. Bad business. This is my 1st time order from Aeropostale and already have bad experience with them.i decide to just give that t shirt to someone else because they ship small size to me while I order medium size. Will not buy from them again.

What a horrible experience and an inconsiderate human being!!!

My brother, Robert his girlfriend, and I with my husband went to Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville.

Of course stop in Aeropostale as we were Chris as shopping. We shopped and were waiting to be checked out.

My brother went first and checked out around 8:25pm and I was right behind him at 8:33pm.

There was a woman behind the counter that stated she had to goto the bathroom and the gentleman (thought he is really distasteful and needs a course in sexual harassment) stated, but I hope everything comes out OK.

So my brother was checking out and the new cashier asked for and my brother said no and she said really? My brother again reiterated no. So the gentleman said just push that button (I guess o override it). My brother and his girlfriend headed to the exit and the alarm went off. So I looked back and it was my brother that set off the alarm and the ignorant gentleman behind the desk told the new cashier that you should have checked for tags.

I mean if he is there as a manager then he really sucks at training.. It's late, but people are Christmas shopping and your manager doesn't give a rats ass about nothing.

So my brother started looking at his clothes and couldnt find anything after he looked at all is clothes then this ignorant human being must have seen it or knew what set off the alarm cause my brother pulled out everything and this guy wasted out time and then pulled the sweater since ig he saw the tag and remove the stupid security device. He was so ridiculous!!

So now its my turn and she didn't bother asking for email he just said push the guest button.... I guess he doesn't care I spend thousands of dollars at your stores.... So pathetic.

She scanned my items and I asked for a separate bag for my husband's stuff and the ignorant gentleman started mbling under his breathe and said I should have said something sooner... Are you kidding?

So now the woman that was in the bathroom is out of the bathroom and your new cashier is there with your alleged, so I he calls himself the manager, and I asked for his name and he said he doesn't have one. Really, but I all this bullshit to try and impress the two girls working at the store. I told him that if I wasn't Christmas shopping I would just return this shit....

You know what his response was, but I I don't care, it's not my money....

I'm not sure this is how your customer service should be but I have never experienced such ignorant and obnoxious comments at one of your stores

The customer service when you call about your online order is horrible.you call about your hard earned money is crazy they're rude and refuse to let me speak to a manger and blocked my account.I stayed on hold waiting to speak to someone just for the same person to.answers and play on the phone
