From,Shafiq & Family

Booked an umrah package for my family of 8, they just returned back. Areeba helped us put the package together, and she was an absolute star from start to finish. She listened to our requirements and provided advice and quotes accordingly, and we were very picky about a lot of things, but Areeba was so patient and hardworking, and the best thing about her was that she was always available, and was checking upon how the trip is going and even if they had returned home safely. She was the best agent i have ever had the experience of dealing with. Great and reliable company, dont hesitate to contact them for an umrah package....... and ask for Areeba.

We booked our Umrah package with Areeba .
Experienced good communication and any issues were dealt with promptly. She always replied immediately. We performed our umrah . Our stay at both hotels was good. Just minor housekeeping issues at Madinah hotel, otherwise everything was good. I would definitely recommend booking with this company and would InShaAllah book with them in the future.
Thanks Areeba!

Wow. Just wow. The service from Zia was top notch. His recommendations and booking was smooth and professional. The Umra itself was amazing from beginning to end and the ability to contact him at anytime was reassuring. I’m already looking to book again with this company . Special mention again to Zia Mustafa .

Mr Zia Mustafa has helped in sorting visa very professionally, strongly recommend.

In short first class service all the way
Especially Emaan was very helpful. Highly recommended

Hi!
Areeba deal with me and I’m really satisfied with the customer services. So good way of taking that convenient to understand. Really like it.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel and service in Makkah was amazing, though the hotel in Madinah was not really what I expected, as there were a number of issues with the room. However, I am giving 4 starts because Areeba was really professional and helped to organise a good package for me. Thanks Areeba.

Eman from Aerolinks has been very helpful and kind. She helped with Umrah visa with very reasonable charges as compared to other agents. She also arranged five star hotel again with less price as compared to some other websites. Eman is very professional and goes an extra mile to help her clients. I highly recommend her.

We booked our Umrah package with Usman who was extremely helpful and patient with all of our queries and concerns. We gave him our choice of hotels for both Makkah and Medina which he then tailored to our requirements ie Haram view and breakfast.

The package price was very competitive. Usman provided regular updates on flight time changes and followed up with quick checks in over the phone.

I requested for Wheelchair service for my mother which was factored in to the flight. This was important for me as mum has an injury from an rta.

I would highly recommend Usman’s services to other customers. Overall very very happy with the service provided.

Very poor service in Mecca while hotel reservation is been cancelled and had to call agency from their, No HCN number been given by the agency prior departures and it’s only given when I had to contact with them from Macca. in Madina hotel being changed without prior notice expect passenger to read their email while they were busy with in pligrim however each hotel was booked by the agency before departure even though confirmed and sign by the passenger, hotel was been paid for it long time ago, very careless service and system, I would not recommend to any one this agency. The service is very ridiculous as passenger has to go through so much of trouble.

Jzk so much to brother Zia for arranging a hassle free Ummrah package.
alhumdulilah our trip from beginning to ending was perfect. The transfer's,hotels ziyarat in both Mecca and madina was perfect. Would definitely recommend them and book with them again.
Jzk again.

Areeba was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, any concerns and worries we had she would help resolve them.

I had a good Umrah experience with Hajj and Umrah. They made my travel memorable.
Also, my special gratitude goes to AREEBA for making the whole process easy and swift.
Jazakum-llah-khira.

I had a wonderful encounter with this Company. The customer service was exceptional, and I was really happy with Areeba's assistance. She has a high level of expertise in her field and is very responsive. She greatly facilitates our Umrah journey. She went above and beyond to assist me in locating the ideal Umrah package within my price range.

This marked our second family trip, and I was initially hesitant about booking with a group. However, I stumbled upon this travel company and decided to inquire about a personalized package. Zain, the representative, was incredibly understanding and quickly grasped my requirements. He not only tailored the package perfectly but also offered a remarkably affordable price for the entire experience. We were accommodated in luxurious 5-star hotels conveniently located within walking distance from both mosques. The transportation provided was both executive and exceedingly comfortable. Zain consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was tailored to our preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, particularly Zain, for an exceptional travel experience.

Zain made our travel experience absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny spent. His dedication to ensuring our trip was tailored to perfection was truly exceptional. From understanding our preferences to securing affordable yet luxurious accommodations, Zain's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the journey. His efforts in providing top-notch service and going the extra mile did not go unnoticed. We felt incredibly well taken care of, thanks to his professionalism and warm demeanor. If you're looking for a travel expert who delivers beyond expectations, Zain is the person to rely on. Our heartfelt gratitude for making our umrah journey truly remarkable!
Honestly zain should be promoted!!

We booked our umrah trip through hajj and Umrah experts and our representative was Talha who was excellent.
Talha was able to get us a great deal on our trip. We were very specific with what wanted and Talha ensured we were able to get exactly what we asked for. He also organised all the additional aspects swiftly, such as visas and transfers. I had lots of questions and Talha was readily available via phone or email and very prompt to respond. I was sceptical using a company I hadn’t heard of before but honestly it was a very good decision and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the service and especially Talha’s great costumer service.

Talha was very helpful throughout the whole process . He was supportive and always available for discussion. I wil definitely recommend his service and this company to everyone

Very good service provided by the travel company.Wajid was always helpful and a trustworthy person.I will use this agency again in sha ALLAH.

I had recently bought an umrah package with the help of brother zia. He was so helpful he guided me through it all. Everything was better than explained, the hotel, transport service, flight everything went smoothly and was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. In'Sha'Allah I will go again using this service, and I really do recommend it to people that are wanting to go umrah!
