Advance insurance contacted me for my renewal on my van insurance in January as it is due in February, Megan Brown at Advance worked out my best options and I was happy with my quote.I asked Megan if its OK to hold quote till End of January to which she did today ,I contacted Advance and asked to speak with Megan who was going for lunch ,one of her colleagues said but within 5 minutes Megan rang me back and we completed the transaction really nice smooth ,a nice person to speak too . Megan was great, setting up my renewal for my car insurance. She shopped around for the best deal, and very sympathetic when I explained my husband's redundancy. She even gave me a call back on payday so I could pay the deposit. Explained everything with the policy too. Thankyou Megan
