Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. The advisers on the chat are inattentive, careless and rude. Totally ignore the questions they are asked, type their replies like they are messaging their mates. I appreciate some people may be dyslexic, but then install the literacy check on the chat for them as this is appalling. Also, they put you on hold, be gone for ages, then disconnect the chat if it's time for them to go home. What the actual fk!?
This is not an independent family run high street shop! It's a huge corporation supplying worldwide. The way you run the supply chain is dreadful. Sort this out before your sales drop to nil.
