When it comes to hair loss restoration, dont be fooled by AHS and others claims and promises. There is no miracle drug for hair loss. If your thinking about trying to restore your hair, go to a good pharmacy. And purchase minoxidil product,
It's just the same product all these companies use. Why pay absorbent dollars and be ripped off. The hair laser therapy is all hype. Just a gimmick..

Daniel and his entire team, starting with the friendly warm welcoming ladies at Reception, the face of the company, right through to all stylists, they strive in their efforts and it certainly reflects clients' satisfaction ending with a smile in their faces. No tasks is too big to accommodate their clients needs and request, very professional at the same time, friendly, warm and a very comfortable atmosphere. Spent 2k on a helmet and shampoo that literally did nothing to help.

Once I signed the contract with a payment service that charges per month, I never heard from them again. Absolute SCAM.

This is a total scam people. Please stay well clear. I just got oral minoxidil prescribed from a doctor for $30 per month. They literally try charge you thousands for it. I'm in total shock how they are getting away with this. It's horrifying.

I wish they had 0 star. This is the biggest scam going around. They make you sign up for treatments which don’t work. The staff are friendly and nice but the guy who assessed my results after 6 months was a crook. He lied to me on my face on my progression and insisted me to keep the same treatment going for another 6 months (laser therapy). When I asked him about PRP, he then changed his recommendation and asked me try PRP. When asked him about price he again played tricks. I told him I received an email from AHS that there is a 30% discount for PRP treatments. He said you aren’t supposed to receive this, that’s for new customers only. He didn’t have the simple courtesy to honour that discount for a customer who already spent $7K on their products which didn’t work AT ALL. I would rather be bald than going back to this guy.

Beware, this is only temporary and 20 times more expensive than other methods.
Warning: The Sales rep was not a doctor, and I got swelling in my feet, and he said not to worry about it. It was a side effect of the Minoxidil for a small % of the population and counteracted with Diuretics, but he never told me that.

I signed up for a 12-month plan in 2022 for $5,150
The treatment plan was Red Laser therapy once a week for a few months, then once a month for the remaining 12 months. Oral Minoxidil 1mg daily for the first three months, then 2mg for the next three months and 4mg daily for the remaining six months. You are also provided with saw palmetto 320mg, which you take daily. They also provided shampoo and conditioner you are meant to use two times a week. The sales pitch was, "You are losing hair because of DHT, which is an offshoot of testosterone. The DHT limits the blood flow to the Hair follicles. Saw palmetto 320mg is a natural supplement that prevents testosterone from being converted to HDT. The laser therapy breaks down the current HDT, and the Oral Minoxidil increases blood flow to grow more hairs.”
1. There are lots of clinical studies on this. But two things. Once you stop the treatment, all that hair you have grown will fall out! (Google all clinical trials on Mnixodil) Advanced hair tries to tell you you will not lose your hair as the LED laser is meant to remove the DHT, But there is no evidence to suggest this and three months later, you will shed like crazy.
2. The whole thing can be done 20 times less expensive

If you want to go down this path
1. Buy Saw Palmetto 320mg and take each day. I highly recommend this for every male. There is plenty of evidence, and it is meant to stop hair loss (not make it grow again). You can pick up a 90-day supply from iherb for $35
2. Ask your local GP for a Minoxidil Sublingual prescription that dissolves under the tongue (better absorption). It costs $75 for three month’s supply
3. Go to AlliExpress and look for a 128 Diodes 650nm helmet. It will cost you about $280. Wear it 2x a week for 30 minutes while watching TV

Advanced Hair = $5.1K for 12 months vs. $365 and a once-off $280 cost !!

I found no evidence that the shampoo does anything, but if you want it, you can get it from Priceline.

When you do this, your hair will look better, but you will lose most of your gains when you stop

Didn't quite work for me but that's ok, there's no guarantee that it would.

The issue I have is that I only ever saw a medically qualified person once... once... on sign up. Otherwise I had to book all the followups but they were using receptionists trainee as laser specialists and making decisions on dosage to recommend to doctor.

It would have been alot cheaper to just buy their products at Chemist Warehouse.

Think a hundred times before signing up. I didn't even get a consult on expiration of my package so they very much know the take your money for a year and then many will move on.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this treatment provider. I'm genuinely dissatisfied and wish I could give them a rating of 0 stars. The level of service I received was appalling, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. They have a persuasive sales pitch initially, but once you've paid, they become evasive and unresponsive. Communication is a MAJOR issue, as they rarely put anything in writing (sneaky) and often fail to communicate altogether.

Furthermore, their organizational skills are severely lacking, particularly when it comes to ordering medication. I experienced weeks of waiting with no updates and significant gaps in my treatment plan. The constant turnover of staff also raised concerns, and those who do work there show little responsiveness.

Their treatment methods are outdated, much like the retired sportsmen they proudly display on their walls. Honestly, you could easily obtain Minoxidil from your GP and purchase a laser therapy helmet, saving yourself from the terrible experience I had here. I was forced to beg for updates on my medication arrivals and endured significant delays in my treatment, far beyond what was originally scheduled. What a waste of nearly $5000 for oral Minoxidil and a few laser sessions. SUCH A WASTE.

The level of service I received from this provider was by far the worst I've ever encountered. They are unfit to be considered a service provider, especially in the realm of healthcare. They exploit your situation, causing you to lose a substantial amount of money, time, and patience.

The results, if any, are short-lived and disappear once the Minoxidil treatment is discontinued. And even if the treatment does work for you, don't expect any follow-up phone calls or check-ins to monitor your progress. This place is a TOTAL SCAM.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid going here at all costs. Trust me, it's not worth it. You will probably lose more hair with the stress of dealing with this place than actually experience any progress. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I Have been going to Advanced Hair Studio in Brisbane for 25 years. The new manager and staff are excellent and very skillful would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I Have been visiting the Milton Studio for two decades and it's the best it's ever been. They have new, very customer centric stylists and, a new Manager who is extremely polite, professional and focussed on the needs of the customer. Best person for the job, well done!

Worst guys, keep calling me for appointment and when I reached there they made me wait for hell lot of a time and then I need to go and they said come another time. Very rude and unprofessional.
