Great product, poorly packaged, was ripped open on arrival, just one layer of thin cardboard for a heavy product is not enough. Luckily no visible damage.

Soundproofing Laid down OK
Soundproofing Laid down OK. Edges of the roll were not straight and I imagine they are cut from a large sheet on the process. Not managed to test the full effect of noise reduction but certainly does reduce noise. Tested from TV downstairs and noise reduced.

Hello Pedrosa, I am sorry to hear about this. I have looked back through the order you have placed and product you ordered is available in either Mid Grey or Dark Grey. We don't offer this product in Black. The website description makes no mention of Black. Could you please get in touch so we can try and rectify the issue for you?
Good product, i recommend it
Good product, arrived quickly, well packed, good adhesive, easy to apply. I only use it to reduce echo for my business video calls. May have underestimated the amount of adhesive required (one can just about worked well for 28 tiles, I bought 32.).
