Perfect result
I was quite slow ordering and a difficult customer when it came to approving the proof but Rachael was very patient and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. Goods have now arrived and they are perfect.

Order was 3 weeks late
Order was 3 weeks late, with no communication that it was delayed.
Only updated when I chased, admitted they had a note on system but had failed to communicate this. No apologises and still limited communication.
Very disappointed.

When we receive a request to order we will always ask our customers if you have a deadline, to which you advised you didn't have one, so I am surprised that this later date has warranted a 1 star review. As we didn't have a date to work to Rachel added an estimated date of the 22nd September to your order acknowledgment working off our standard lead times. However following that, as explained to you in our email, came an unprecedented busy time for the industry (due to the huge increase in demand from events opening back up) and lead times on every single product that we sell increased which affected our orders - one of them being yours. As Rachel has also admitted to you, whilst our system had a note to say you had been updated an email wasn't actually sent out updating you to the change of date - a genuine mistake made in an extremely busy period. However they were then delivered 6th October, making them 2 weeks later than our original estimate, not 3. Once we knew of this issue we covered the cost of a 3D mockup so that you could still sell the product on your website and accept presells. I would hope that an early October delivery would give you sufficient time to sell the advent calendars.
I would have to disagree with limited communication, aside from the 1 email issue that we have both acknowledged all emails to you have been prompt and updated as promised. Rachel updated you in the morning to say they had been despatched and then shortly after to give you a delivery time slot. Looking at her emails she has also apologised several times summarising with a final thorough apology email on Thursday 7th October.
On the basis of all of the above I do feel disappointed at a 1 star review as I don't feel this fairly reflects the order as a whole, i.e the whole customer service experience, value, quality of product, but of course we appreciate and take all feedback on board.

Great corporate gifts!
At Belvoir Stoke, we love to give a gift to our homemovers on moving in day! We asked Adgifts online to quote for a moving in box ... which they did brilliantly, creating a bespoke box with the items that suited our customers.
