We are a company that takes pride in our staff and the integrity and quality of our work. Unlike almost all other heating installers we employ all our engineers in-house as PAYE staff. This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your installation and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care. We have branches in Orpington and Beckenham and offer a full plumbing, heating and cooling service within the North Kent and South London areas.

Annual Boiler Servicereceived a telephone message to say…
I received a telephone message to say the engineer was on his way. Engineer arrived shortly after I received the message and carried out annual service quickly and efficiently.
A report was given on completion of the work and shortly after he had left I receive a Certificate from
A C Wilgar.

What might have been stressful
What might have been stressful, was not. The job was done without hassle, or disturbing me, so it was a positive experience, and we have the assurance of the 10 year warranty, assuming we have annual services [which I presume you will remind me of]. Even should we sell the house within that period, being able to say 'boiler in warranty' is a plus point.

Booking my boiler service date was speedy and fuss free and even included a personal appointment reminder call on the day before.
The engineer (Reece) arrived on the agreed date - advising in advance of his arrival time - and the whole service was carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal mess and inconvenience.
