Acquastone Omdömen

Amir and team provided a 5* service across the board. They sat down with us (for hours) to support in the design process for our bathroom, recommended the best quality brands for our budget that suited our style preferences and helped us access great discounts. They also went out of their way to work with our builder and suppliers to make sure everything went smoothly logistically. Would use again and would highly recommend to others looking for anything interior related (not just bathrooms).

I must say, every single person at Acquastone have so much passion in what they do. Amir and Hakan dedicated all the time to make sure what I wanted was what I got. Their time and support didn’t end at the purchasing stage, it followed through right up until the end of my project. I am so pleased at the tiles and service. The orders team, especially Amirah, has provided me with continuing updates on ETA’s and any potential delays which has helped me organise things my side. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Thanks Acquastone!

I visited the showroom more times than usual with my japandi design ideas for my first project and I took some useful advice which has created the look I hoped for. Delivery was on time and price was competitive.

My husband and I commissioned Acquastone to advise, design and deliver our kitchen and bathrooms and they have exceeded expectation in all three areas. The staff go over and beyond and ensure they not only design using the very finest quality products, but all within the budget you set. I have no hesitation in recommending the team.

I have recently just had my bathroom and kitchen done by Acquastone and the amount of compliments I’ve received. All of the praise goes to Acquastone who have worked above and beyond to bring my and my husband’s dream kitchen/bathroom to life. It was an absolute DREAM to work with Acquastone from planning to choosing the tiles. I definitely can be quite incessant and irritating with my questions but patience from the team was amazing. Looking to get my wet room tiles redone and absolutely will be coming back to Acquastone. 12/10 recommend!!!!

We have been customers for more than 5years now having bought a full range of products and we come back every single time as the team provide fair excellent value alongside a wealth of knowledge, products, support, reliability and charming to deal with. As a local property developer and architectural practice - I genuinely and fully recommend Acquastone through and through.

Purchased 2 bathrooms from Isra, she was really helpful and patient. She guided us throughout our project and will be coming back again to do our kitchen next year.

We had a great experience with acquastone bought new kitchen, appliances, work top, accessories, tilling, bathroom accessories and living room furniture.
What can you ask for, great service from start to finish, reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone, they have the knowledge which suits your requirements.

The bespoke client care that the team at Acquastone provide is second to none. As an Architect the entire specification process and interior fit out is catered for through their experienced team. We even had the directors attend site on numerous occasions to guide detailed technical resolution, from the the plans to the installation and also after care. The product range is of quality and with a variety and style too suit any project and budget. I highly recommend Acquastone and will continue to use their personalised service and beautiful products.

I have high expectations and wanted a kitchen/bathrooms that stood out. Any tile/ finish was available and I liked the fact that the service was very much client led and I was encouraged to put my own stamp on things. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Special thanks to Jamee who is beyond fabulous at what she does (kitchen design) and of course Amir and Hina for their knowledge and support.

I had a wonderful experience with Acquastone! I highly recommend them to all my friends, and have been back several times! Great service & cooperation - plus their products are a cut above the rest & give you stunning results!

I don’t even know where to start, acquastone has been nothing but helpful from the beginning of our project to literally the end. Amir has taken us through each tiny detail and advised us and helped us make all decisions needed for the perfect bathrooms in our home. He worked with us for hours on designs and worked within our budget and even after completing he has been a phone call away always ready to help! Absolutely fantastic experience 😊

Acquastone in particular Mr Amir was recommended by a family member. Honestly l only went to see the tiles for my new bathroom and was looking for fixtures n furniture elsewhere
Mr Amir was so so helpful in helping me to choose the best for a better price, l ended up buying my tiles n furniture from him. was pleasantly surprised and understood what was being sold to me rather than buying it online. He was very honest with what he couldn’t offer, Throughout the project Mr Amir was there at the end of a phone call and assisted me with everything l needed. I can not be thankful for his patience and valuable time he spent, giving it utmost respect and commitment. Thankyou for my wonderful bathroom.

The service is outstanding. The products are stunning, we chose tiles from Spain & Italy, with fixtures from Italy too.

We would like to say thanks to Hakan (especially), as well as the team at Acquastone. We visited the showroom on multiple occasions. He is always incredibly professional & helpful. Collectively, they were patient, never pushy & respected my space / time away to make decisions.

The team really do care about positive client experiences leading to positive outcomes. They have always been willing to help with any questions during & after the fit out.

We recommend Acquastone. We can’t speak highly enough of Hakan.

Amir was simply amazing, he was so patient and guided us through the process of choosing our bathroom tiles, bathroom fittings and loft tiles.
Hina’s keen design eye, allowed us to visualise how the bathroom would look, she suggested going for a contrasting centre piece, and it looks amazing. Hina also suggested coving in the bathroom tiles, to allow for perfumes and aftershaves to be stored, another suggestion that looks amazing.
Hakkan was very patient doing all the cad drawings, and his expertise brought our design to life.
We will definitely use Acquastone again when we renovate the remainder of the house.

What an easy experience we had with Acquastone from start to finish. We fitted our bathroom with recommendations by Amir and Hina who were very helpful with making suggestions. It was super easy visualising how the bathroom would look with the aid of CAD designs. The tiles are great quality. The bathroom looks outstanding. The process was so easy, I only had to come in once to get everything done. Amir, Hina and Hakkan are very knowledgable, I’ll be using Acquastone again for the rest of the bathrooms.

What a great experience as soon as we stepped into Acquastone. Amir bent over backwards to help us from get go. His excellent customer service was second to none that we have experienced. Great technical knowledge as well as design experience also. From the CAD drawing to delivery of the wet room supplies. All were purchased from Acquastone. The wet room is being used by the family and they love it. Visitors have commented on the fantastic quality of the tiles, sink, toilet, lighted mirror and even up to the shower screen. Will recommend Acqastone highly to friends and family. Sorry cannot up load the CAD drawing (How it started) and the project completed (How it finished) but will try to on another sight.
Great showroom and even greater people!

I visited the Acquastone showroom purely on a whim browsing tiles with no intention to purchase. I met both Hakan and Amir whose skills, experience and product knowledge is phenomenal. The team ended up designing my family bathroom and a shower room. I also purchased a brilliant extractor hood that mainstream sellers do not have for a fraction of the price. I gave the acquastone team my budget and requirements and they were able to not just meet my expectations but surpass it. I’m genuinely impressed by the team, their knowledge and customer service. Thank you Amir and Hakan.

Can not recommend this company highly enough. Their choice of tiles is huge and the staff are so helpful. They listened to what we wanted, pulled out brochure after brochure, went to their storage site to give us samples, etc. The ordering was smoot, delivery early and tiles are fantastic.

The staff and the product are amazing, from start to finish every question was answered and Amir went above and beyond to work with our contractor and guide them through. We got our kitchen, tiles and bathroom from Acquastone and I can’t fault them one bit, the staff are all around amazing and the product is just as we had imagined for ourselves.
Great design team, amazing response and extremely happy with the outcome. Definitely would recommend!!!
