Poor Customer Service
I have attempted to acquire leg inflatable for 2 months now with no success.
Aqua Boss customer service is non existent as they prefer you to purchase the whole product at full price than buy a replacement.
Shop around, look elsewhere for companies that appreciate your business and are able to be contacted regarding their products.
I have screenshots of lack of communication and broken promises but unable to load up here for some reason.

Thanks for your review we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused. Waiting two months for a leg inflatable replacement is not acceptable, and we understand why you feel let down.
We’ve checked our support inbox and order records using the details available from this review, however we’re not able to locate an email thread or order linked to your Trustpilot name. We absolutely want to help if still required we just need a way to match your request to your purchase.
To clarify, we do supply replacement leg inflatables and our intention is never to push customers to repurchase a full product and we would never do this at all. Where delays occur, it’s usually due to replacement-part stock, courier delays, or public holidays but we take responsibility for ensuring you’re supported and kept updated.

And you’ve nailed one of the big reasons we love this style: it’s a more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional bean bags. Loose bean bag beads can easily blow around, escape into waterways, and create litter/microplastic issues in the environment so having a “no beans” lounger helps avoid that mess altogether.
