Scam artist company.

Con men . Buyer beware this place will hit you with storage fees and then sue you for thousands of dollars .

I sent ACME an intraoral scanner to be repaired. After doing a diagnostic test, they charged over $800 to repair my scanner. After the payment was made, they no longer responded to me. I wrote a certified letter to ACME saying that if ACME did not send me back my scanner, I would consider it stolen by them and contact the police. So, they sent me back my scanner, unrepaired.

I sent in an Inogen Oxygen unit for repairs few months ago. Great service from start to finish. Got the quote, paid the fee and got the unit back with no issues. Great quality repair.
I will use this company again .
For the un-initiated ( those who don't do their research) there IS a written policy about their policy and fees INCLUDING their storage policies . I read all of this information PRIOR deciding to do business with this company.
I had much better service with this company than I did with the actual Inogen company. The pricing was almost identical to the Inogen company pricing. so, at least in my case, I paid a fair price.

Horrible business practice, incapable of actual repair and makes 100% of their money scamming people on ridiculous storage fees, be strongly advised, these people deserve to be out of business forever.

I asked if they would send back to me and they said I had to pick it up from them and they couldn’t mail it. I told them to drop it off and they said no

I took in my broken heart and could not fix it. But instead put it in storage and charged me $25/day in storage fees. How can mend a broken heart?

Absolutely incompetent repair facility. I sent them a robot from Tesla and they damaged it further! Never again...

Scam company. Will accept your property to repair, charge you a $25 a day storage fee, not tell you, then try to sue you.

A company might be based in fraud. There is no clear evidence that the wast majority of money that they make is based upon the insane storage fee of 25 dollars a day after 15 day grace period, and when you are disputing the claim the storage fee continues to trickle down. It is a repair company that can literally charge you out of your life saving if you are not carefull enough

There should be a special registry for people that run companies like this.

Garbage company.
They charge ridiculous, extreme, and illegal storage fees, and they refuse to "dispose" of items, e.g., throw them in the trash, when customers decline to pay for repair. Instead, they just keep stacking on storage fees and refuse to cooperate.

They build legal fees into their invoices because they're phenomenally litigious. This company needs to go away and the owner needs to stop trying to run companies.

Shady AF owner and one of the most questionable repair companies on the internet.

A garbage scammer they are not any good at the advertised business model so they resort to the courts to extract money from people. make sure to make the world know

Refused my warranty and perfectio also refused, the original agreement was less than $289 repair which turned into a $500 repair. Unethical company causing folks to just let their expensive devices go, they wanted it they got it. Try to sue and I will join a class action, the Judge already threw out hundreds of claims. I also provided them with a free diagnostic which they chose to refute. Criminal Look at this log... after showing them free diagnostics this is what they said and then charged me $500
