Ace Working Holidays Omdömen

i’m flying out this summer with ace, and they have been so helpful! especially nathan, he has helped me with all the questions i’ve asked and i’ve asked a load haha! but he was very patient and made sure i was happy with everything and has made me feel very excited to come out with ace. if they are this helpful now i can only imagine how helpful and lovely they are going to be in zante! roll on the summer😍

If your thinking about going abroad solo to thailand or with friends ace working holidays is the best company to go with!! Looked into booking this trip when a close friend done the trip last year and she couldnt reccomend it enough. As a solo traveller i was nervous about booking the trip, but ever since december last year ruby and jay have gone above and beyond for me and any questions/ queries i had, they was quick to help me, they’re both very friendly!! Your there friend from the get go with those two before you’ve even booked!! The way they organise this trip is amazing, once booked your added to a group chat with everyone who is on the trip which you make friends with everyone before your even nearly in thailand. The whole process has been a ease, especially because everything is organised by them, all activities, accommodation, and travel to and from the islands that we’re going to! And they even help with booking flights which is great because there is not much you have to do, because they’re available to help with everything! Thankyou ruby and jay for all your help! I cant wait to get on that plane ✈️ 🇹🇭

This is a great company offering amazing destinations. The team have been exceptionally helpful with enquiries and any special requirements. The signing up process was easy to book. They keep you well informed with updates. There is a group chat where everyone can get to know eachother. They are consistent with communication.

Fantastic for first time solo travellers who want to meet new people and who are nervous about travelling alone. The accommodation is fantastic and you stay in some of the most gorgeous places in Thailand. You will meet the most amazing people who want to explore and have a great time. You'll never forget this trip! ✈️

Fantastic service from rep team (Jay and Ruby), I’m going to Thailand in October this year and the whole process of getting it booked and sorting was so easy a baby could of done it and not to mention how nice it was to get to actually chat to the reps and people you travelling with before you travel really give u a chance to build bonds and friendships even before all the great adventures while we all travel together.

This journey stands out as one of the best decisions I've ever made, the value for the experience you receive is unbelievable! As someone who wanted to travel but had no one to travel with, it provided me with the opportunity to do it with other people without having to do ANY of the planning myself, and afterwards I even went on to solo travel Indonesia and Vietnam thanks to the confidence this trip gave me. The whole trip is planned for you, you don't have to lift a finger, and it can be quite overwhelming going to another country with no idea how the currency works, how to get things like SIM cards sorted, where to go in Thailand and checking in and out of hostels too as a beginner. ACE were my trusty tour guides and the other guests on the trips became friends for life, I couldn't recommend this enough if you are feeling overwhelmed about travelling but don't really know where to start!

I’ve been through Ace twice, to Ibiza and Zante in 2022 and 2021. Best months of my life. I went there on my own, got put in a hotel with about 25 people similar ages and lifestyles. We bonded immediately and found jobs shortly after. I’m going again through ace to Ayia napa.

I travelled to Thailand in November 2023 with ACE.
I would never have had the confidence to travel alone to Thailand but the reps helped us every step of the way making it a stress free process and made us all feel safe the whole time!
The reps organised amazing hostels, hotels, villas and activities all included in the price! We got taken to an amazing Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket that was really ethical and made an amazing experience for both us and the elephants, we got to feed them, mud bath and swim with them. Many more activities included boat trips, snorkelling, view point, quad biking and so many more!
We travelled to so many beautiful islands with minimal travel time between each thanks to the carefully planned itinerary made by the reps meaning we had more time to enjoy our experience.
I’d highly recommend travelling with ACE for a relaxing travel experience!

Really recommend this company !!
Good price for what’s included. Reps were super friendly and helpful and knew a lot about the best places to visit in Thailand. Good for first time solo travellers who want to meet new people and are maybe nervous about doing by themselves.

There’s is not enough words to even explain the experience I had other than AMAZING! From meeting in Heathrow to the minute I got home i had the best time and I don’t think anything will ever top it, the reps, the places you see, the places you stay and all in all Thailand 🥹🫰🏽 I’ve met friends for life & love every single one of them and so glad I got to experience the trip with them, I don’t think it would of been the same without them! My favourite experience was definitely the elephants, just seeing one in real life was just amazing and again the reps planned everything thing and it just couldn’t have gone more perfect. If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT I promise you won’t be disappointed and I can assure you I will be joining them for a Thailand trip again! Big love my guys 🫶🏼

Zante 2023,

Kellie was the best rep ever nothing was ever an issue with her and she was always there to help us a long the way. From the minute arrived she made sure we felt a part of the Ace Working Holidays family, the welcome week was the best week of my life to date, the white party is unreal and the boat parties was absolutely mental, big thanks to Ace and there team for the summer of a lifetime and giving me the confidence to travel alone and experience things i’ve always wanted to do, where to next for 2024?

Accidentally booked this just by having a nosey they took £1 out my account to secure me a place. From there you are trapped you Mise we'll just pay them the money and pack a bag forgot home life and work life.
Anyway I checked with work if I was able to do this as why not it's done now. And got told it wasn't possible. Cancelled my place thinking all well doesn't matter, to them be charged without CONSENT OR AGREEING £50 BAM taken straight out my bank!!! Like how and why are these allowed to do this!!! I only booked and cancelled litterly 2 hours apart! Made no payments no agreements to working. Do no book do not pay the £1 untill your 100% sure you can have time off work and family commitments!!

Hi! My experience in Magaluf with Ace was great. I net lots of fantastic people, and my reps Amber and Fabio were always available when I needed something. Particularly, Amber was reachable round the clock also during all night to help all the guys of our group!

The worst experience yet, used covid and an excuse to extort money. They have not been helpful at all and to me it seems like a fake company. They took my money and didn’t deliver the service. Would never recommend this nightmare to anymore, it’s a scam!

I came out to Maga in july with ace, off the bat they were very helpful and friendly. My rep Amber helped me get a job straight away and helped me with accommodation when I decided to stay a second month. Amber was so kind and helpful, she checked on everyone everyday and made sure we were all included in the events. I will hopefully be back next year!! I defo recommend

I came to Magaluf with Ace in July. The Ace team and my rep Amber could not have made my experience any better, they were fabulous! Our accommodation was just how it looked in the photos, we had wifi, aircon, a huge balcony and plenty of storage space for our things. Amber was an amazing rep who always looked out for us, she included us in all of the first week Magaluf events and helped us look for work if needed. My friend and I ended up extending our stay a month longer with Ace as we were having a great time which was all down to them! I would recommend booking working abroad with Ace to anyone! Thank you Amber!

Amber wasn’t my rep as I came out the month before however, came back the month after when Amber was the rep, and I couldn’t of asked for anyone better. She checked in on us every day and sorted any issues out that needed fixing. She also arrange both parties and other events and made sure everyone was included. Also a big thank you to Fabio who also sorted out any issues. Ace wouldn’t be the same without him.

I had the best time away in Magaluf with Ace. I met so many people and had the experience of a lifetime. My rep Amber was so helpful and couldn’t do any more for us. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of getting away for the summer!

I went out to Magaluf in may with ace and stayed for 4 months. They got me a job straight away and helped me with accommodation the whole time. My reps amber and Fabio were amazing made sure I had accommodation the whole time. Amber checked on us everyday and made sure everyone was included in all the events they take you to, took us all to gringos, boat parties, white party, etc defo going back next year!
