Ace have been amazing, they helped us with jobs, accomodation and events! They always made sure we were settling well and checking if we needed anything. They’re so helpful, especially Kya and I’m so glad I came with ace not rep route. All the reps are amazing and can’t recommend this company enough!!

All of the reps especially Kya are amazing they come and check on you every day to make sure your doing alright if coming out to Zante would personally recommend coming with them

Ace working holidays helped me out when i was kicked out of my
accommodation ( which was the company’s fault )with a different working company
they founded me accommodation in the space of 2 hours of me asking them for help
today i moved into my accommodation and mason and molly where the most friendliest people and made us feel so welcome

We came out with rep route originally. We got evicted from our hotel for no reason, and we was left hotel swapping day to day. Mason & Molly helped us out and gave us accommodation to stay in for the rest of our stay. I’d highly recommend ace.

Mason and Molly were such a great help moving into our new accommodation. Due to a certain situation, Ace Workers helped us straight away to find accommodation when we had none due to a certain rep company. I would 100% recommend Ace Workers.

Very good for 1st time workers, everything’s was simple and easy, the reps made sure everything was ok from booking all the way through to your stay, the actual experience was insane, and I will be back next year with ace!

I came out to Zante with ace working holidays and I stayed at Medusa apartments, I loved staying here as we had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We had the option of aircon and we also had cooking facilities.
The landlady yanna was lovely and was always there when we needed, alongside all of the reps.
After my events week all the reps put on a recruitment day where many of the bar & restaurant owners came down. We would tell the reps what we wanted to do as a job and have a chat with them and then they would take us over to a bar owner and we got jobs sorted on the day

I couldn’t of asked for a better month with ace and a highly recommend the company

I came out to Maga in July with ace working holidays and had the best time. Ive met friends for life and made so many memories here. Liv helped me get a job as pr and was always around when we had any questions. Will definitely returning next year

Came out to magaluf this summer with ace working holidays, and honestly couldn't recommend it more. Our rep liv was always there when we needed her and helped me find a job as soon as i asked. Had a great time on the events week too

Both me and my sister went out to Ayia Napa on the 31st July 2025 with Ace working holidays and paid over £1,000 each to get out there. We booked this based on how the website advertised the accommodation etc.

We were sent a short set of information which we were told would have the name of the accommodation on, however this was not the case. When we arrived in Ayia Napa, no one told us where to go or what to do, we had to find a last minute hotel to cover our first night as prior to this , I was told we could check in early when we arrived but we couldn’t. There had been no communication between Ace and Family workers (who were sorting out our accommodation which we were unaware of). We ended up spending hours on end waiting to be checked into our actual accommodation , if you can even call it that. When we finally were sorted, we were made to pay €100 each, €50 deposit (which we were told would be refunded at the end if we met all the requirements on the document) and €50 to cover a pillow and a sheet plus electricity. We weren’t able to see our accommodation before this so was giving money to something we weren’t aware of. If I had known the conditions of the accommodation I would not have handed over the €200 for both me and my sister.

We were given 1 key to share between the two of us instead of one each, we were taken down an alley way to a yellow building that was dirty, smelly and incredibly unliveable. There was food in the corridors left from people previously, there was 3 beds in one room and 3 in another. The balcony was like a prison cell, it had black bars around it all. The room had marks all over the floors, exposed wires, a smashed mirror in the bathroom, no toilet seat, no curtains, no cooker, no living room, no tv , no cooking equipment and worst of all no wifi. There was no toilet rolls, no towels, nothing and we weren’t told these needed to be bought or taken out there with us. The kitchen was disgusting , there was no way anyone could’ve kept food in there and for people like us, we didn’t plan on going to eat out a lot so we ended up not eating or sleeping for nearly 3 days. It was like living in a 1 star hostel which was not what we had paid for. All listed was all promised when booking through Ace. (I have photos of what was promised and what we got) I wouldn’t even let a dog live there. It’s a complete breach of health and safety, hygiene doesn’t even exist. I had previously explained to Jade who works for Ace that I struggle with my mental health (I have proof of messages) and had several concerns over the accommodation in which she reassured me there was nothing to worry about. I spent all of about 30 minutes in the accommodation before I booked my flight home that same day. I hadn’t even spent 24 hours in Cyprus.

Since then, my friend has tried ringing Ace but the number didn’t go through. Emails have been sent and no response has been given. My mum has contacted people trying to raise awareness that this is a complete scam. Amo (our rep that met us out in Ayia Napa) told us that he has no communication with Ace working holidays and was unaware how they advertised the accommodation, he was in disbelief when we told him there was supposed to be wifi etc. He told us that this had never been the case. He helped us book a taxi back to the airport and was super helpful.

If you want to save your money, avoid booking through Ace Working Holidays as it is nothing but a scam. The person who owns the accommodation has openly admitted he’s happy to scam people and doesn’t care about the conditions of the place. We will be taking them to the small claims court if we don’t get our money back as they apparently ‘don’t do refunds’ which is a big red flag in itself. Please do not fall for this, it is unbelievable that they are okay with young people living in such conditions and taking our money when it’s all based on lies.

Honestly ace working holidays are a money scam I’ve had so my problems with them they are very rude and unprofessional your not guaranteed a job the accommodation is horrible so if anyone is looking to work abroad i would not go with them I would look for a more professional company

My experience in magaluf was amazing and it was an unforgettable holiday. I made loads of friends and made some amazing memories that i will never forget, when i first arrived i met Liv ( the rep) and she was so welcoming and absolutely lovely. She helped me get a job within days and also helped my friends aswell, she also was there when any of us needed her even if that was 5/6am she was there for us no matter the situation. Ace is a great company to work for and magaluf is an amazing place to go to if your planning to work abroad then absolutely do it! Thank you for this experience but most of all, thank you for liv for everything you done for me x

Coming to magaluf with ace working holidays made my experience 10 times better. I have met some amazing people coming out here. One of the people who made this experience so memorable was Liv our rep, she was so helpful with everything and was always there to answer any questions and resolve any problems we had. I would highly recommend coming out with ace to work in magaluf to anyone, it’s an experience i will never forget.

I really enjoyed events week - it was good in terms of the fact we got to meet each other and really find the people we get along with well. The events week day I enjoyed most was Gringos Bingo it just cant be topped personally. However finding a job proved near impossible as the jobs rep quit on our first night and we didnt get to meet up with employers like we was told despite us being down a rep Liv did handle everything relatively well. It just sucked the fact the 1 trial shift I managed to secure wasn't with Ace but was through a Spring Break Worker who had seen I was struggling and offered to help me out - if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have gained that experience. After welcome week it felt as if we were more pushed to the side as some of the group couldn't find anything as we were offered limited help. The only reason I stayed out to the end of the month despite threatening to leave early was because of the amazing friends I made along the way who managed to keep my sanity in check. I also think we should have been told from the get go it was going to be 6 to an apartment not 4 instead of being told later on. The reason i was thretening to leave early was because 2 people from other apartments decided to come into my room at 8am, one i think was videoing and the other doing weird stuff towards me and i didnt say anything because i felt i was barley getting a response from the reps anyway. Personally I wouldn't do this again but I did enjoy my time in Magaluf because of the friends I made and the events week but it didn't live up to what I thought itd be like but the PR work I did manage to enjoy and it certainly would have been higher in my rankings if I did manage to get a job out here

10/10 experience with Ace , everything was very smooth in the case of events and finding a job

So helpful going out with a company as you meet so many people and make loads of new friends. Olivia one of the reps helped us through the events week and explained everything that was coming up. She also helped me find a job almost straight away when I wanted to start work.I thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

I have loved every minute of my experience with ace in Magaluf. It is what you make it, the main reason for coming with a company is to meet people and for an introduction to working abroad and that’s exactly what I got. The apartments were decent for being abroad and the rep supported me with finding a job I loved, also with further accommodation. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Travelled to Magaluf with this company was an absolute joke they don’t stick to what is supposed to be included in the package that you pay for. First day we arrived the rep was rude off the bat about something. You are supposed to be helped with finding the job roles that you have chosen before you come out in this case ours was ticket sales but no effort was made to get me and my partner jobs then after two/three weeks we are told by our rep to just go out and look for jobs in places ourselves and that it wouldn’t be the job we came out here to do. The apartments were rank as-well as the fact they told us it was 4 people per apartment then weeks before our arrival date they changed it to 6 per apartment which meant 2 people had single beds in the living room. The kitchen was ridiculously small with just 2 hobs and a microwave to make food with. The fridge didn’t even work properly nothing you put in there was kept cold if you put ice in the ridiculously small freezer it would just melt. The bathroom stank of drains because the sink was just pipes duct taped. Together with a bucket under for when it leaked every time the water was on. The shower curtain pole was held up by the chain of what was the plug for the bath so there was no plug for the bath or sink but the lovely clogged with hair plug hole still filled with water anytime you had a shower. Could keep going on about how bad the apartment arrangements baring in mind we paid £900 per person for the accommodation for 1 month and to be found jobs by Ace working holidays you’d think they’d somewhat have somewhere less of a tip. You have to pay an extra €100 deposit which you weren’t told about until you arrived they took €15 from that to pay for the apartment clean when you are all booted out which seemed funny because when we arrived our apartment was definitely not cleaned from the previous months guest bags of their rubbish was left on our balcony for the whole of our stay. Dirty water leaked out on the balcony constantly. The people who got jobs did that themselves when they were on nights out and just agreed to work and didn’t even know until someone told them the next day. Company is completely unprofessional and a scam for money with a no-refund policy which now makes complete sense the conditions were so bad that me and my partner left early to go stay somewhere else because the amount of sleep you get was very limited with it being party central people coming in at different times of the night/morning made it very hard to get any decent sleep whatsoever. You can tell they have it all on the basis that they take as much money as possible at the littlest cost on their end possible 6 people pay £900 for a 2 bedroom apartment so roughly £5.5 for those conditions it’s mental. Even the events week that you did the week of arrival was shit cheap events that cost them nothing and we did gringos bingo and had to pay €50 each and we were sat right out the back out the way in the cheaper table seats we looked on line and the tables we sat at were nothing above €30. Overall a completely robbery do not use this company if your wanting to work abroad go over off your own accord and find some accommodation yourself would work a lot better for you….. ACE SCAMMING HOLIDAYS
