Ace Travel Experiences Omdömen

This was one of the best experiences of my life and thanks to ACE travel in particular Rubi it made it 10x better. I met the best people through ACE and would 100% travel with them again!

I recently traveled to Thailand on the island hoper tour with Ruby as my guide, Ruby was overly helpful and friendly with a bubbly personality. She maintained organisation throughout the trip and ensured the top priority was the group having fun, which we did! I would highly recommend ACE whether your a seasoned traveler or if it’s your first time!

I recently travelled with Ace on the Thailand Island Hopper tour, and it was absolutely AMAZING. Everything leading up to the trip was seamless, and once I arrived, I didn’t have to worry about a thing—they had every detail perfectly planned. Ruby, our tour guide, was the sweetest and funniest person I’ve ever met, and she instantly put all my worries at ease. I’m already looking to book another trip with them to Bali next year!

The tour leader was so welcoming and bubbly and fun to be around. Any issues I had, she would help with and get them sorted out.

Considering this company hasn’t been running as long as some of its competitors, Ace completely exceeded expectations. They have the perfect balance of taking care of you as professional guides, whilst making a friend in every guest that books with them. The trip to Thailand and every excursion, transfer, accommodation was smooth and well organised. There were so many amazing activities provided that I may not have found without them, as well as a great amount of down time to explore the different islands as you wish. Ruby was our rep who was more than welcoming, caring and always down for a laugh. Peter was our local tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were all safe and looked after every step of the way! If you’re wanting to go ‘solo’ travelling but have no idea where to start or nervous to go entirely alone then I couldn’t recommend Ace more. You meet so many new people (inside and outside of the tour group) without having the stresses of travel/ logistics /safety. The trip gave me the confidence to stay out and continue my travelling, but mostly it gave me friends and memories I will never forget. Thank you to Jay, Ruby and Peter for having me, looking forward to the next one! ❤️

Recently travelled to Thailand with ACE, this was my first time “solo Travelling” and it was the most stress/anxious free experience I’ve had. You meet amazing people, and really find a bond for yourself! And experience incredible things along the way. Tour guide’s Mollie & Pop were also both incredible throughout the trip! Would recommend to anyone thinking of doing it, and hope to join another tour myself in the near future.

Travelling with Ace was the best experience ever, if it is your first time solo travelling I’d 110% recommend. Our trip manager Mollie and Pop made it so stress free you didn’t have anything to worry about, they are fab. You meet so many amazing people and get to experience fun activities along with the gorge sunsets. This trip has definitely give me the confidence to continue travelling solo on my own in the future and rejoining with Ace again.

I recently went to Thailand with Ace, this was my first experience of travelling and I can say they made it the most stress free, fun experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would definitely recommend booking through them and would myself again !

I went on a solo trip to Thailand with Ace and it honestly exceeded all my expectations! As a solo traveller, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’ve come away with friends for life. Everything was so well organised, from start to finish, and I never once had to worry about a thing. Our host Mollie was absolutely lovely — she made a friend in everyone and will definitely be missed. This trip has been unforgettable, and I can’t recommend Ace enough! I will definitely be returning for the Bali trip!

From start to finish this was so well organised. Went so smoothly and felt like I was part of a travel family. The tour guides are so fun and helpful making every day feel like a dream. Shout out my guy jay.

I went travelling with Ace in Bali, Indonesia for 2 weeks, it was the most amazing experience, the trip managers made it what it was, couldn’t fault them at all, the trip itself was full of insane actives and I would 100% recommend!! Incredible, thankyou Ace.

I recently returned from the Bali Island Hopper trip with Ace Travel Experiences (September 2025), and I can genuinely say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every detail of the trip was so thoughtfully planned, from the stunning islands to the daily activities, it felt like every day was a new adventure!!

The itinerary was the perfect mix of culture, exploration, and relaxation. We got to snorkel in crystal-clear waters and see Manta Rays, Turtles and more, we toured beautiful beaches, and had so much fun as a group, it was so easy to bond with everyone right away. There were also optional extras throughout the trip like surfing and yoga - and I’m so glad I tried them.

Both trip reps, Ruby and Jay, were absolutely incredible. Ruby brought such warmth and energy to the group, she instantly made everyone feel like part of a family. Jay was so knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had the best time possible. You could tell they both love what they do, and that energy was contagious, and I feel so inspired to continue travelling the world now.

If you’re even remotely considering this trip, DO IT. Ace Travel Experiences made it easy, fun, and truly life-changing. I came back with new friendships, great memories, and a new level of confidence.

I recently traveled to Thailand and Bali with Ace Travel Experiences, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The entire journey was seamless everything from airport transfers to accommodation and activities everything was perfectly organised. Our reps and guides made the trip comfortable and gave us knowledge about each place we visited. Being a solo traveller it was perfect to have a big group around you to bond and make that trip of a lifetime! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they have made memories memories forever🫶book your dream trip!

Loved every minute of my trip, from the activities, organisation, communication and the friendliness of both Jay and Ruby!

I did the Bali hopping in September and absolutely loved the snorkeling, Gili t was amazing seeing the manta rays was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! Jay and Ruby were incredible. Will absolutely be booking another tour with ace travel experiences!! All the accommodations were impeccable and everything was so so so well organised!

Wild experiences, having no idea what to do at the start of my trip, this was a great was to start! Met some good people and and continued to travel with them. And jay is a loveable legend

I went to Bali with Ace travel experiences for their Bali island hopper trip in September 2025 and I can honestly say that it was one of the best trips of my life. Having never flown outside of Europe, it was comforting to know that the reps Ruby and Jay were on hand to help with any questions or queries. The trip was well planned and every day was jam packed with activities such as beach tours, snorkelling and an evening dinner on the first night as a group. We were also introduced to optional extra activities throughout the trip such as surfing, scuba diving, yoga and horse riding on the beach which were my personal highlights of the trip. I couldn’t thank Jay enough for encouraging me to face my fear to scuba dive for the first time, and Ruby for being so warm and welcoming and treating me as a friend, rather than just a guest on the trip.

Thank you Ace for such an amazing experience!

Thanks Ace for another amazing trip ❤️
This was my second trip with Ace and once again, it was incredible!
It’s perfect if you want to travel but don’t feel confident going solo. I met so many lovely people and had the best time.
We did everything from hiking Mount Batur to visiting a turtle sanctuary and releasing baby turtles into the ocean! The places we stayed in were super clean and comfy too – a real bonus when backpacking.
Thanks again, Ace – can’t wait for the next one ❤️

This is my second trip with Ace this year! I wouldn’t go with any other company because they just do everything right. I never get nervous going to travel with them because I know they’ve got everything covered and I can rely on the reps.

The activities they include are bucket list worthy (turtle conservation was one for me!) ☺️ This won’t be my last trip with them as I’m already planning my third one😅
The support is above and beyond before travelling alongside while you’re there and you build true friendships from the minute you arrive. I always get asked “how was your trip” and I don’t think it’s anything you can possibly fully describe without doing it justice and none of it would have been possible for me without ACE 🤍
