A few months ago, I switched my Blog to Accu Web hosting because it was cheaper than the host I was using.
The price was right but I was skeptical.
My skepticism was unwarranted.
Today, when I tried to access my site, I got warnings on both Safari and Chrome that my site was not secure. I went to the Accu Web site and entered the site for tech help.
It took about 45 minutes with back and forth interactions over chat but the issue was resolved.
As an "older" person, I really do not like chat and prefer to speak to a person.
I have to say that the Accu Web tech folks are patient, competent and easy to work with.
I should say that there were some issues in getting the site set up and migrated but, again, over chat, all issues were successfully resolved.
At this point, I highly recommend Accu Web hosting both for its reasonable prices and its exemplary tech support.

Fast servers and support
It's been 3 years now with accuweb hosting. I have never had a hosting company that answered and helped so fast with costumer support.

Worse Hosting/ Support Ever!
I have been building websites, for decades, and used just about every company possible. Accuweb being one of the worse. I spent years building a life, dependent on a couple of my websites. As the sites needed a VPS, and unfortunately Startlogic which is a great system company dot not have VPS. I went to Accuweb. Basically, my sites were down, and up and down, until it was unfixable. There Support staff, is not educated and basically caused my company to go bankrupt trying to scramble and fix their mistakes. If you value your lives work, don't use Accuweb. I rarely write bad review, But this one could save your hard work. Stay away from them, and their "support" that solved nothing.

It appears that your webmaster may not have updated the A record with your DNS provider. Additionally, your previous provider, Startlogic, may have deactivated your website on their server, while the DNS was still pointing to them.

This company has no word; they contact bloggers by email asking for partnerships, but right after you do your part, they ignore you and never complete their side of the agreement. and if you try to contact their support to get it solved, you'll just be ignored.

I bought a web hosting plan, I was happy to say that they have provided me with excellent service. I started using the shared hosting since their control panels were so easy to use.

I subscribe the forex vps system.
I use my own home internet to do log in and conduct purchase.
They flagged me as "proxy server" and I need to wait for their company to check. I don't even know what is proxy server to begin with. Then the customer service asked by to buy another server to ease the process, which i dont know why.
This I tried to verify my phone with OTP. I cant receive the OTP and I chat with the customer services. The customer service said that there is no others way but to wait for the company to call me. Or else my phone verification wont work.
Why is it so hard to subscribe a VPS?

I’ve been using these good for several years. Generally respond very quickly to any issues. Haven’t had security breaches, haven’t had web hosting speed issues, even though I’m using a shared hosting plan. At least for me as a small business I’ve been more than satisfied. They came recommended from my web developer. At the time, I also did a fair bit of research and they were best suited for hosting plans in close geographic proximity.

Purchased a VPN for my FOREX trading 2 days ago. Account was showing pending despite the fact that I paid for this and should have had access. Today, I decided to login to see the status and I can no longer get into the account. I have reset my password numerous times. What a waste of time and money! User this company with caution.

This website is a waste of time. Tried signing up after our 14 year old business needed a new hosting provider. They flagged us as fraud and it is impossible to get a human on the phone. Great way to go out of business.

Not a great experience to be honest
Not a great experience to be honest, cancelled and requested refund within a few hours of signing up.
1. Sign up and let the website generate password. (Unfortunately chrome did not store password)
2. Verified phone number.
3. Need to verify email address (yet no email received to verify, not in junk or spam folder either).
4. Try to sign in to get email verification resent, don’t know password so request password reset.
5. Asks for answer to my secret word, this was 100% correct but kept advising incorrect.
6. Spoke to online chat whom advised I could reset this to then reset password by emailing support.
7. Reply from support telling me to provide government issued id to reset this.
At this point all faith and trust in this company had gone, going through hell and fire and with so many problems this early, requested cancellation and moved into another company.
Order placed and VPS running within the hour. Just as it should have been.
Far to difficult then it needed to be. Can’t review service of product as never got that far.
