Purchased the basic web hosting plan. I was surprised how fast they had my account setup and running. Was within an hour and the DNS servers propagation time was very reasonable within 24 hours. I asked a couple of questions through their chat support, within seconds a support agent was their to help and gave me more than enough information to answer my questions. All of their software was up to date. Overall, I would recommend ACCUweb Hosting with confidence.

The staff guy I spoke ot was good but the service kept not allowing me to log in plus changing my passwords without my approval plus annoying phone verification service

I hasn't thought that free Wordpress also same as the paid version. Thank you AccuWebHosting team for providing such a wonderful service. I am totally satisfied with the service.

They offer a 'free wordpress webhosting' but need to give 2 positive reviews, and gave me 72 hours to do it, but suspended my account within 24.
2 months later, they suspend my account again because either they forgot I gave 2 reviews, or I apparently need to give 2 more reviews (which isn't under their T&C).
Such a waste of time, don't use them.

After a poor experience with free hosting from another provider, I did more research and found AccuWebHosting. The service I receive from them - website speed, support, available features - is what I would expect from an entry-level paid hosting account. I am using Accuwebhosting "Free Wordpress Hosting". It has all the features you expect from a Wordpress host such as 10 MySQL database, 25 Email accounts, 5 Ftp account, and 2GB storage.
If you want a free WordPress host to start your online presence, I think Accuwebhosting is best.

Kind of hosting every website needs. Accuweb hosting has everything, User friendly interface, fast servers, great customer support. I tried so hard bt didn't find anything to say against it. Definitely 5 stars.

I purchased a VPS service and never received the login info. After an hour of waiting I then waited another 20mins for live chat support to respond.

Chat support informed me that the service I purchased had overloaded the RAM on the server so I had to wait 2-3 days..... or upgrade to another plan.

What, I just purchased this service and nobody was going to inform me. 2-3 days was unacceptable.

The person on chat didn't introduce himself, wasn't a good conversation. He just came on and first words "I'll take a look!", no "Hi. I'm..."

I just simply asked for a refund (I mean, I just purchased and was sold a non-working service off the bat). Alarm bells!

The chat support person responded asking if I needed 5mins to reflect? What? What?

Very odd.

I repeated "I would like a refund! As per your 7-day guarantee"

He said he couldn't do that.

I then created a ticket to billing. The response was weird asking "what did I mean by wanting a refund and cancelling my order?"

After repeating myself once again they finally agreed to refund me.

I told them I just didn't trust them.

I have been using accuebhosting for more than 6 months, and until now there have been no annoying technical problems, I hope it continues to be good and getting better.

They ask you to write reviews every month or so, or they suspend your account. I rarely check email, so this is kind of a problem for me. Otherwise, they do a good job.

I've hosted my trading applications on the VPS, purchased from Accuwebhosting.com. After a year, I feel that I've taken the right services from the right company.
