I moved my belongings from a storage
I moved my belongings from a storage unit in Shurgard due to increasing prices and poor customer service. The Store Manager was no only efficient, but also courteous and professional. He also was accommodating with the removal team; it was an exceptionally hot day and he provided them with cooled water from the office. A refreshing change from Shurgard. The move was effortless.
Would 100% recommend.

The lack of transparency
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and rude behavior I experienced today are extremely disappointing and do not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company like Access Storage. I feel that I was misled and unfairly charged for a situation caused by your team’s failure to properly inform and guide Me. They do scam and over charge for something that done wrong . Broken promises
Whilst staff at the branch were very good and helpful, customer services were no help at all. I closed my account and with the advice and promise from staff access took a further payment from my account after the closing of my account and promise that no further payment would be taken. Upon raising this with the branch I was promised to be refunded within 3 days however it has been 11 days since and I have not been refunded. I have contacted the customer services team and told to email however the email bounces back without any explanation. Don’t know what to do as I’m told I have to continue to wait. Service and communication has been really poor and access couldn’t keep their promise.

The service has been cool until I was…
The service has been cool until I was awaiting my refund of the remaining days I have not spent when left the storage at barking and it was taking ages to get back even after the 7 working days that was promised to get the refund.
My wife has also been waiting for her refund too for more than 14working day and till now hasn't gotten the refund.
