Quality products and amazing customer service
Gareth was incredibly helpful, always picked up the phone to help resolve any issues and managed to get our request seen to incredibly quickly. They were very understanding of our strict government supplier requirements and helped the process along to get them registered as a supplier by suppling all relevant documentation quickly. The display cabinets looked amazing especially the custom ones we had made. Really happy with the customer service and the quality of the products. I have already recommended them to other departments across our site who are also looking to create showcases.

Fantastic Exhibition Stand
Working with Access Displays for a large exhibition stand at Geo Business was professional and easy to do. We wanted to show case new equipment thatG2 Survey supplies when being the UK's No1 Leica Distributor we needed something to stand out. Steve Slough was understanding of our needs and gave us some ideas, what would work best, always there to answer any question big or small. Catherine Wright - Project Manager was the go to with the graphics, design, risk assessments to ensure the stand was ready for our exhibition. Phil Pinkney who put the stand up was friendly and helpful on the day. I was amazed how quickly they put the stand up and it was all perfect! That perfect we are looking at keeping the stand for next year! Thank you!

Access really listened. We went with a very tight budget and they did everything in their power to make our stand memorable and functional. "Above and beyond" springs to mind.

I worked closely with Emma at Access, she was absolutely amazing, as was the whole team! We never had an issue at any of our events, we could always trust the stand would be built exactly as discussed if not better.

The Access team help design our stand…
The Access team help design our stand for us. I was new to event marketing and Steve Slough was amazing with his knowledge and know-how from the get-go and I am so grateful that along with Sam the designer, they brought our vision to life.
Catherine, our project manager, was also great and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. On the show build day, we met Phil and Tony, who were super helpful too.

I highly recommend Access Display…
I highly recommend Access Display Cabinets I very please with my made to measure cabinet.
After downsizing to a smaller home I had no space to display my Disney Ornament.
I rang Access Display and the were so helpful and listened to what I needed.
My ornaments are on Dispoay again and so many people compliment the display.

Smoothest show build I’ve experienced
Worked with this team for the Arnold show and couldn’t fault them.
From start to finish, it was one of the smoothest builds I’ve experienced. The team were professional, easy to work with, and very responsive throughout. They were flexible with ideas, working to the brief well, and were quick to resolve anything that came up - although issues were minimal.
Communication was excellent, and they integrated seamlessly with our own install team, which made everything run efficiently on the ground.
A great team who clearly know what they’re doing - would absolutely work with them again.

Fantastic experience
Access displays gave us a great experience with hiring out approx 50 poster boards for an all day event. Set up team were professional and friendly, and the team behind the scenes were attentive too. Thanks again!

A good partner for our exhibitions.
Positives: We have been working with Access Displays some time now and on the whole they do a great job for us. Generally their pricing is competitive and on par wih the rest of the market and they build and break down our stands with no issues whatsoever.
Sharon and Nikki are both superb and Tony the gentleman that is responsible for building our stands has a 5 Star level of customer service. We see them as an extension of our business these days.
Negatives: Only a very small one but we tend to have to lead them quite hard when it comes to graphic design concepts, whereas I have worked with suppliers before who tend to be more proactive and creative with ideas went it comes to the graphic design elements of our stands. That being said the finished design is always perfect.

Excellent experience from start to finish
We came to Access Stands with a bold and complex idea, and the final result exceeded our expectations. It was our first time building a stand for London Packaging Week, and we were guided throughout the whole process by Sharon and Nikki, whose support made everything smooth and stress-free.
Communication was clear, timing was spot on, and coordination with the venue was perfectly managed. When we arrived, the stand was fully set up and looked even better than we expected. We received many compliments on the stand (and even an award), and it attracted a lot of visitors.
