Good cover, good support
Reassuring to have travel cover at a reasonable price. When I needed to phone in to extend the cover for an extra day, agents were friendly, clear, and helpful.
Only thing missing was a way of contacting the company while overseas (Canada) without running up big roaming charges on my phone - maybe a chat option on the website, or the option to call via WhatsApp or something similar - how about it, guys?

Not totally a successful experience
Essentially a very good experience obtaining our travel insurance, but once paid for your company appears to lose interest!
On the website during the process it made reference to the availability of a paper copy of the policy, once we received the confirmation email I duly rang the number to register my request for a hard copy of the insurance, but after a couple of weeks I heard nothing!
Now I have rung again to find out where the paperwork was and I did not feel I had satisfactory outcome, as I am still confused what’s going to happen next!

Clarity and good track record
I forgot to book insurance until the day before we were due to leave. I did some research (Money Saving Expert) and looked at a couple of recommendations - ABTA looked to be the best for clarity and cover and good track record on dealing with claims promptly - having made the decision it was all done and dusted in plenty of time for our departure. Would recommend.
