If I could rate this lower, I would. I'm having payment issues, and the only options being presented to me are ones that I can't make. This is puzzling to me, as the pre-authorization cleared, and there are no holds on my card or anything, its just this company's system that is having issues processing it.
Edit - they have also said they didn't charge my card, only pre-authorized it. But they clearly had my money. Their system won't accept my VISA yet they say its my fault. Fix your system.

Do Not Trust Able! The 100% guarantee:Unfortunately, as per the website we cannot return items that have been engraved.
My order was shipped to me without my ever receiving approval on the design!! They directly contradict their own website to deceive you, and their 100% guarantee is a LIE. I emailed and spoke on the phone to a "customer service" person who would not resolve my request: refund my money for producing mugs I would not have approved and never did. Answer: No !00% guarantee??? Not good people.

Out of stock message missing
I received my products on time but when I was ordering it never told me it was out of stock until I paid. I would have liked to have known that when I was selecting the products. The added stress of not knowing if my order would make it on time was not necessary. Just be upfront.

J'ai fait faire des corrections avant qu'ils envoient le produit commandé.
J'ai recommencé 3 fois, car chaque fois, il y avait de nouveaux problèmes. Il ne considérait plus ce qui avait été demandé les fois d'avant. Toujours une nouvelle erreur et le délai était long.
J'ai finalement accepté un produit qui est mal fait par manque de patience envers la compagnie.
