The experience was smooth sailing throughout. Penny & Isobel were very friendly, and adapt to each patients need.

They supported us through our journey and were available on hand to answer any questions or concerns.

Communication was fantastic throughout.

For what is ultimately a rollercoaster of a journey, Penny & Isobel made this a lot more of a comfortable and positive experience for us. It is clear to see how much the staff care at Create and genuinley want the best for their patients.

The staff, especially Harriet, they make the whole journey personable. Remembering the small details that are important to you. Other clinics have felt like they are money grabbing, ABC/Create care about the journey and the outcome. This is so refreshing, I had such a great experience with them. Highly recommend.

This has been the worst decision I and my partner have taken in a very long time. It was as if we should never have had anything to do with this abc/creative care. They have caused us more harm than we were experiencing before taking this step.
They have failed us in all aspect and I can say this is the worst service.

abcIVF came recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad they did. Nottingham was our closest clinic and had all our consultations and scans here, with egg retrieval and embryo transfer taking place in Birmingham.
Our experience was very positive throughout with all the staff very reassuring through what can be a particularly emotional and daunting time. Special mention to Penny, Amy and Harriet who supported is brilliantly throughout the process and were always on hand to make us feel at ease.
We were lucky enough to fall pregnant with our first cycle and are now parents to our beautiful miracle baby boy.

From the moment we walked in Harriet who was on reception welcomed us in and made us feel instantly comfortable! And then throughout our whole journey was so helpful and caring all the way through!

Then we met our specialist Penny, and from the moment we walked in we felt relaxed, it didn't even feel like we was meeting a stranger! We knew that we was going to be in the best care possible! When we left we knew that we was going to start this journey with Abc ivf. And we are so glad we did!!

My partner and I have just completed a successful first round of treatment at the Nottingham clinic… we could not thank Penny, Harriet and the rest of the team enough. They were so kind and we always felt welcome when visiting.
We had our main procedures done at Birmingham and again the staff was lovely all the nurses introduced themselves before the procedures and the doctor made sure everything was explained in detail before it happened.
After the main procedures we were contacted by multiple members of staff to see how we was getting on and we always felt supported.

Currently 15 weeks pregnant with our first baby - a result of our first attempt at IVF (same sex couple and using donor sperm) with ABC IVF Nottingham.

From start to finish - the whole experience was honestly a joy! As someone who has a lot of hesitancy about doctors/hospitals etc, I was so pleasantly surprised by how quickly I felt at ease with the process. I and my wife, attribute this to our wonderful Nurse Consultant at Nottingham - Penny. She is clearly incredibly knowledgeable and always knew the right thing to say/way to support that consistently had us leaving our various appointments feeling reassured and informed about the next steps. We are very lucky that we had a positive outcome on our first attempt but I still can't believe how relaxed I felt throughout the process - because we were kept in the loop with everything and nothing was a surprise because Penny had prepared us for every eventuality.

I had my egg collection and transfer at CREATE Birmingham and every single member of staff we met there was just lovely and I felt really safe and looked after at every step.

Can't recommend ABC highly enough and should we require fertility treatments again in the future, we'd book in for a baseline scan at ABC Nottingham in an instant.

Throughout our FET treatment cycle we would visit Nottingham Clinic for our scans and checks. We were assigned a fertility nurse consultant who managed the whole of our cycle throughout. She helped us to understand our options available to us and was very thorough in providing as much detail as possible and ensuring we knew our next steps.
The clinic and the staff are very warm and welcoming….. and we had a successful pregnancy!!
