I have had such a positive experience with ABC IVF Clinic and couldn't be happier as I begin my fertility journey.

Yemi has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. Every scan and appointment with her has been positive, reassuring, and professional. She always made me feel comfortable and supported, which has meant so much during this important time.

Helena has also been incredibly helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed information, I received quick, clear, and helpful responses to my emails. Her support and communication have been outstanding.

The care, kindness, and professionalism from the whole team have made this experience so much easier. I'm so excited to start my journey, and it's all thanks to the wonderful support I've received from ABC Fertility Clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering fertility treatment.

Amazing company for IVF. Both Yemi and Helena have been amazing from the start. I’m just awaiting my FET next week but have had absoloutley no faults what so ever. Both Yemi and Helena have been nothing but helpful, attentive and supportive on the journey so far. They’re both very well organised and nothing is too much. Appointments aren’t rushed and they’re always there to answer any questions, no matter how small they may be. It’s a really lovely touch that Yemi literally gets as excited as you do through the process. Their support has meant everything to me and I truly cannot thank them enough.

Would highly recommend ABC! Yemi and Helena at the Loughton clinic were so friendly and supportive, and answered all of our queries. The wider ABC team and staff at the St Paul’s clinic were also really helpful when we contacted/visited them. We felt well informed throughout the process and really well looked after.

Yemi is a wonderful nurse and the create team are excellent at ensuring all my needs were met. Yemi is excellent at having a personal touch; she ensured that I was always relaxed and reassured me whenever I had any doubts. IVF is an emotional journey that is physically and mentally draining but the experience at create fertility ensures you keep faith.

Amazing experience with plenty of knowledge and care.
Staff were always very helpful and ready to respond to any questions.

I really could not have asked for better care. IVF is such a rollercoaster, we had extreme highs and lows throughout but the care from abc was always exceptional. My main contact was Yemi and she is a constant warm hug, she really cares and that radiates from her beautiful presence. I feel so lucky I chose them for my journey. We have been trying for 3 years without success.Decided to go for IVF and we were suggested ABC IVF. It was successful first time and we are very happy.We were at Loughton clinic and the service was on top.The staff was friendly and very helpful.After our first ultrasound Yemi gave me a hug and wished me the best.She made me feel very comfortable.I would highly recommend ABC IVF.

We can’t thank ABC enough - we had all our scans etc at Loughton and our egg retrieval and embryo transfer at St Paul’s. All the staff were very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, in particular Yemi at Loughton who we feel needs a special mention. Thanks to ABC we now have a beautiful healthy baby boy :)

Yemi and Rebecca have been amazing throughout our IVF treatment. They are 100% approachable with every query you have and make you feel at ease. My nearest clinic and where I had most appointments was Loughton. It felt really personal as I always had the same nurse, Yemi, who was always so supportive, positive and caring. She brought light to some really hard times and I’m happy that I had her for my whole journey as she was my rock throughout. As the Loughton clinic is only open 3 days a week some of my appointments were also at St Paul’s. I found all the consultants and nurses to also be very nice. After having a suspected ectopic pregnancy the staff were amazing at checking in with me, particularly Chriss who was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. The only frustration I have had with my experience with Create is the communication delays when I needed to speak to my patient coordinator. I imagine their job is really busy and they don’t always have the answer to respond straight away anyway but it also meant sometimes I wasn’t sure if my question or request had been processed and was waiting a few days for a reply. This sometimes left me unsure if I should contact them again so some sort of update would have been useful. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience with Create Fertility who have never given up on me and found new protocols when needed. Thank you so much to all the team at Create. We will be forever grateful.

Yemi has made our experience such a positive one, she makes us smile, laugh and feel so at ease every time we visit. We can’t express our thanks enough to her and ABC for looking after us. We’re currently on round 2 hoping for a positive result!
