I worked with ABC for over four years, I always found them very professional and helpful, especially Riquelle and Faraha who have been excellent.

Our experience with Bradley was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. When we went to view the property, he didn’t bother to engage with us at all. He simply unlocked the door, stayed on his phone, and left us to view the house entirely on our own.

There was no guidance about viewing no information, no answers to basic questions — just a rushed, careless interaction. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him rather than valued clients.

Bradley mislead us and let the property to other party even after taking deposit and passed referencing.

His response to all of us reviews are again a lie. Because of Bradley we are still homeless.

BRADLEY Mislead us with false assurances and poor communication throughout. His handling of the situation was unprofessional, cold, and without any accountability. There was no empathy for the fact that he left three people in an extremely stressful and uncertain position, potentially even at risk of being without a home.

Money is not everything. Trust, integrity, and basic human decency should matter — especially in an industry where people’s homes and lives are involved.

We feel completely let down and would urge others to think twice before trusting this agency with something as important as your home.
