Excessively Expensive
I tried signing up for a free account but decided to go with another company. I told the rep at Abby Connect this yet they still spammed my phone and email constantly. I am responded to one of their emails to stop harassing me yet...they still responded later that day trying to get me to sign up. Wow! AnswerConnect and LexReception are a 1/3 of the price and do a phenomenal job.
