incorrect items delivered but good customer service
Ordered items online, the goods were delivered the following days as promised. Unfortunately, an item item was delivered. I called up to query and I received an apology. I was given the option for re-delivery or refund. As I needed the item for that day I opted for the refund. This was processed without any fuss. I would like to thank Rachel for her great customer service. This was all resolved with minimum fuss. I look foraward to ordering from you in the future.

Bathroom Comfort
The thickness of the pile on this washable bathroom carpet has decreased quite a lot since I last bought it about 5 years ago. Nonetheless it is probably the best on the market. Abbey Carpets provided a very good service at an acceptable price.

Quick and hassle free
My son will be thrilled when he opens his present on his birthday the race track floor mat looks great. Although I'm not sure how fluffy it is will be good for driving cars on, but it's great quality. My order arrived quickly, in fact quicker then I had thought it would. So I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Online ordering with personal communication .... Kept me informed all the way!
I wanted a branded product so knew what I was getting, the price was competitive and the communication process, from order placement to delivery was seamless with regular dialogue via personal e-mail, supplementing the automated order and despatch confirmations.
