aBaby Omdömen

Arrived quickly and it’s beautiful. Always a pleasure dealing with aBaby

I ordered a custom mattress and mattress cover for a bassinet. The way the product shipped left much to be desired... It was folded and thrown in a box without much protection. The mattress itself was not firm enough to be safe for sleep and the mattress cover, keep in mind both items were custom, caused the mattress to bunch up and not lie flat. Their customer service's solution to my problem was to tell me to cut the elastic on the cover. If the mattress was firm enough to be safe for infant sleep the cover would have fit fine. Do not recommend.

I received a $5 off coupon for next purchase and during my next order it wouldn't accept it.

I don’t know why you show the merchandise that you don’t have.

I love the mattress, but I still do not have the custom sheets that were ordered.

I received the wrong size of crib sheets and when I went to return them it says I have never placed an order. So I called and they said they would send me an email with the return information in it and they did not send it! Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Ordered a charge a month ago and it is "still prcessing". Kind of ridiculous to be waiting this long

Shipped fast. Higher quality than I expected.

I love my purchase! Beautiful quality. Arrived so fast too! I will definitely be ordering again!

I was pleased with the prompt response to my order had. It was delivered in a short period of time. Since I did not see the product, I can not respond to the quality but I was sent a photo of the product with the receivers and it looked good but, again, I can not respond to the quality. I have not heard any complaints or other issues regarding the product from the receptees. Thank you .

This mattress is for my first great-grandchild, so it is very important that it be of good quality and fit properly. This mattress fits the bill in all areas.

It was awesome to have a custom sized mattress but the mattress outer layer and the custom sized protector that came with it with absolutely not breathable at all, causing our baby to almost immediately sweat.

When it comes to the grandchildren of close friends or members of my family, I consider the name puzzle store to be the premier gift to give. I have ordered five so far from this company and have been exceedingly pleased with the quality. All the children love their stools which help them learn their names in colorful ways and enable them to reach bathroom sinks. Parents tell me they come especially handy when it’s time to potty train, and the children need a stool for their feet.

This personalized name puzzle stool is the perfect gift for a new baby or toddler! I have given six as gifts, and every single one has been received with delight and appreciation. It's perfect for nursing mothers to use as a footrest, and the kids use it as a bathroom or kitchen stool and play with the puzzle as a name-recognition toy. It is well-made and painted.

Beautifully hand crafted stool. It's our go-to-gift for all newborns.

I ordered a very special gift for a cradle that had been used with every baby born in this family it has been a family tradition that had been handed down through generation and now because of your careless handling of my order I was not notified you weren’t getting more in stock and I was not sent my refund or notice I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend you to any other expectant mothers

Excellent service!

I ordered a product that was backordered. I got the item in the timing that was promoted on the page in perfect condition. Very happy with the ease of ordering and the price was the best on the market.

Great result for our puzzle footstool we just got for our granddaughter. My husband put it together in just a few minutes. His 1 suggestion was not to wrap the instructions around the hardware.
