Told me my order would ship next week. Next week came and told me my order would not ship for 2 more months. I have thousands of dollars tied up in product waiting for these bottles. No apology, no discount offered. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Paid for my order and the money was taken from my account with speed. Part of the order shipped and I received it. A couple of weeks later and I had not heard from anyone about the rest of the order. I called and spoke with a professional and polite woman who informed me that this was a part that they did not manufacture and that they had problems with their supplier. Totally understandable! I finally received an email that my order had shipped. It shipped standard shipping which meant it would seven calendar days before I received the rest of my order. The order was placed on 4/9/19 and I am supposed to receive the rest of the order on 5/6/19. Almost a month! I sent an email a few days ago and just explained that I understood delays but was disappointed in the lack of trying to make it up to me, the customer, with expedited shipping. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard from them yet. I thought they would try to make this right but since they don't seem to want to keep me as a customer, I will oblige them. My customers come first with me and if they can't help me accomplish that goal I need to find someone that will.

**UPDATE**
Susie from Aaron Packaging finally got back with me. She apologized for the delay. She said the remainder of my order was filled by the warehouse and was "shipped before we could flag it for any expedition." She said that they have long lead times with some of their suppliers and that this was "just a very unfortunate combination of events."

They got the order right, and shipped and received when promised. Great job!

we are such a small outlet for them, but felt like we were the most important. great pricing, even faster delivery, allowing us to expedite our needs without a hitch.

I ordered about200 bottles with closures and all have been great, except a couple of the spray bottle closures stopped working before I used up the liquid in the bottle. I have to say though I am very happy with overall,I have a couple extra items in the box of each type and shipping was very prompt. I wish they carried a bigger selection of smaller glass bottles for my urine and trapping lure. Overall a great place and I will definitely be ordering more for my business.

I am not Impressed with your customer service or your product. After I placed my order online I did not get any feedback for over two weeks but you guys were quick to take my money. I then contacted customer service and was told that there was a mess up in the warehouse but that my order would be shipped right away. Another week goes by and I had to contact Kim and customer service again and she gave me the same answer that there was something going on in the warehouse but that my order would be shipped. This time it was shipped and I finally received a confirmation email that the order shipped. However, when the order arrived it was thrown in a box that was heavily damaged and when I opened up the box many of the containers and lids were cracked because there was no packing material to protect the contents. Additionally, the lives that we purchased for the plastic containers did not screw on properly. I definitely will not be recommending your company to other colleagues and will certainly not be purchasing from you again. Very disappointed with my experience.

Nice people, helpful on the phone, delivery quick and without problems. Got just what I ordered.
