I placed an order the last week on june 2020. It is July 30 and still no merchandise. AAF Nation sent a USPS tracking number, the number sent me to UPS. UPS never picked up the package. Three days later it shipped again under the same USPS number. The tracking states 10 days later out for delivery... then unable to deliver. The package was sent to Sacramento then Anaheim, San Diego and finally delivered to someone in Encinitis CA. When I called USPS the agent states that the number was not legitimate. I filled a complaint with Post Master and USPS fraud unit.

Horrible experience. Waited over a month for a T-Shirt that was stuck in limbo at "waiting to be picked up by USPS." It never updated. I ask three times for updates within that month and they just apologized and sent me the tracking number, which to no surprise still said "waiting to be picked up by USPS". I asked for a refund and cancellation...no response (until 1.5 weeks later). I filed a claim with my bank. So unprofessional. No communication. Lack of transparency. Then I finally got an email yesterday from customer support asking me to provide an alternate address so the issue doesn't occur again...alternate address? I live where I live. Take the shirt. Put in a plastic bag. Put inbox. Print USPS shipping label. Drop off. Done. Clearly that's too difficult.

Horrible customer service! After waiting three weeks for delivery, I received a small instead of a XXL and the wrong color. Three emails with no answer and a Facebook message.

Surely recommending AAF because their products are worth every penny! Ordered a couple of shirts for dad's birthday and he really loves it! The quality is superb 'cuz they are so soft.

First, I ordered 2 trump shirts for my daughter and husband and it arrived faster that I thought. I expected longer shipping time due to rona but they surely did their jobs even with all these shutdowns.

2nd, can't complain for the quality of their products. If I could just give more than 5 stars, i'd do it.

Garbage...absolute garbage. I ordered two face masks on 6/22 expecting them to ship within a few days as they were listed as IN STOCK. When I ordered them, I was ordering a 3 layer mask with adjustable nose piece and inner filter- this is literally the reason I paid close to $20 per mask. 3 weeks go by and I never receive my order (I did however get a tracking number around week 2 that said my package still hadn't been sent to USPS). After disputing with paypal, the item FINALLY makes its way to USPS to be shipped.

When I received my order almost 4 weeks after placing it what I received was a flimsy 2 layer mask with no filter or adjustable nose piece. So I go to their website and saw that they COMPLETELY changed the description. Further, the printing on the mask is really horrible. I waited almost 4 weeks for something I now have no use for and is a crap product that wasn't even the item I purchased.

Order placed 25 June 2020 for items showing "in stock" only. Paid the ELEVATED AAF price in order to get items quickly. Automated confirmation email received at 08:56 25 June.
Email sent to customer service 30 June at 11:00 asking how to check order status, since all items ordered showed "in stock".
Response received 1 July at 04:30 stating: " All orders are now being queued for printing and we are working double time to fulfill your orders"
Email sent 1 July at 06:05 asking for clarification on delivery times.
No response from AAF.
Email sent 4 July at 08:36 - again asking for response and delivery time estimate.
Email received from AAF on 7 July at 18:26 claiming that items have shipped and giving a tracking number. Tracking number doesn't work.
Email sent to AAF on 10 July at 12:27 asking for tracking info since tracking number still not working.
Email received from AAF on 12 July at 01:49 indicating shipping progress. Tracking number STILL not working!
Email sent to AAF on 12 July at 06:23 with screenshot showing tracking info: "waiting for package".
Email received from AAF on 15 July at 01:34 giving tracking number - same tracking number; still not working
Response sent to AAF on 15 July at 07:07.

Morals of the story: 1) Don't believe the "in stock" designation on AAF. 2) Don't count on timely responses form AAF "customer service". 3) Responses from AAF are worded such that they appear to come from an off-shore source - American Veteran??? DOUBTFUL!!!

Item was ordered over a month ago and it still hasn't even been processed. Do not do business with this company. They take your money and never communicate with you or send you a product. Ridiculous!!!!

I ordered shirts from this company 3 weeks ago. I recieved an email stating they had been shipped, with tracking number, but I have not received them. The tracking number they provided does nothing. I tried to call their supposed custom service telephone number, which was worthless. I am about to dispute the charges on my card. So sick of these companies claiming one thing and doing another. Can't they just be honest! Good luck! My experience sucked!

Dishonest advertising and terrible customer service. I was told my order was guaranteed by a certain date and it only have I not gotten it but it hasn't been shipped. When I reached out they basically ignored me. I'm going to dispute the charges to my card.

Purchased three items from them tried to contact them through email never responded I sent like 20 contact on my Facebook and tell him I just want to know shipping date they blocked me and never responded out $75

I've always thought the shirts these guys offer were hilarious so this year I finally decided to buy a couple of things. I placed my order on June 16th thinking that would be plenty of time to get it here by July 4th. I ordered two shirts. The first one was shipped quickly and I received it and it's too small. I wouldn't have had time to send it back for a larger size and get the new one before the 4th so I asked if I could just send it back for a refund. They said they don't offer refunds (what kind of clothing company doesn't offer a refund in 2020?) so now I'm stuck with a shirt I can't wear that cost me $50...awesome.

The other half of my order I've received no information on, it's been 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped it so I just emailed them today to ask for a refund on that since it definitely won't be here before the 4th. I kind of doubt at this point they'll give me my money back.

Lastly their customer service is AWFUL. The only way to contact them is via email and they take around 2 days to answer any request. It's a shame for a company with such cool products to be run so extremely poorly. I've told my friends about this company for years' but will never recommend them to anyone again after this experience.

Its been over a week since my order was placed and it still is only showing order placed. After what I've read, I can only assume it will take a month. I only ordered two masks. Never going through them again.

Stay away from this company. It has been 16 days and the product has not even been handed off to the USPS per tracking number provided. I honestly believe these guys make extended car warranty calls when they are not ripping you off with non-existing products.

No delivery, no customer support, if you join AAF Club you surrender you right to a refund or are penalized $25. if you cancel before 6 months.

The only way to get money back for non delivery or canceling Club is to go through your bank.

Totally NOT AAF.

I received my don’t be a C sucker t-shirt after Waiting three weeks for it to be disappointed, the logo is all faded and the black color of the t-shirt is bleeding through the color of the logo, definitely not worth the 30 bucks I paid for it. I commented on their FB page about it and instead of reaching out to me they deleted my comment and blocked me from being able to comment on their posts this company is a joke I don’t recommend buying anything from them.

Tried to leave a two star review on their site, but it never showed up. Hmm.
Okay, here goes. The advertised 5-7 days for shipping is off by about 4 weeks. I kept getting the same robot emails in response to my inquiries, until I mentioned this on a Facebook advertisement of theirs. That prompted a private message, and the next day my hoodies shipped. Apparently, clothing made in Pakistan is always at least one size smaller than any size chart (buy up 2 sizes) and as all of these are made to order there will be no returns or refund (please read the policy carefully) so I hope it doesn't shrink at all. There are no fabric care instructions whatsoever, so I guess I will wash cold and hang to dry and hope for the best.
The fabric. "Polyester mesh" Well, I can tell you that there is ZERO flex or give in this shirt. It fits me, but is almost impossible to get in and out of. I feel like I'm gonna break it putting it on.
All in all, very disappointed with a company that calls themselves American AF and buys cheaply made crap from overseas to put their prints on.

I always enjoy the products offered as well as the pricing!

Not AAF!!!!

Its took a little longer than expected but my shirts did arrive. They look great and feel great. From looking at others reviews I'm probably not going to put them in the dryer so that they dont start getting creases. Customer support did get back to me every time I emailed them. I guess they have really improved! I'm 100% satisfied with my shirts and now that I know it's not a scam I'm probably going to buy more.
