Excellent customer service! I had a issue with a item and the corrected it instantly! Great products with even better people!

I tried to contact this company about my shirts not shipping out close to a month from ordering. I was told that they were in the printing process and they would be sent out soon. A couple more weeks go by and then I’m told that they don’t have the shirts anymore and I would need to use in store credit. I was lied to And now they are refusing to give me my money back. This is the second time they’ve done this. I tried to give them a second chance but they are still a terrible company to deal with.

Same generic instant reply is a joke don’t shop with these crooks

I have ordered multiple times from American AAF and had a great experience each time. My order was quickly shipped, and the shirts are very high quality. They are my favorite shirts to wear. Only a communist would disagree!

They were very easy to work with - I had some issues pulling up the tracking information and they resolved the issue quickly - they even checked back with me to make sure I received the merchandise and it was exactly what I ordered.

Horrible products and even worse customer service (if you want to call it that!) Ordered a few items "in stock" and expected them within a short time frame. I was excited to see a shipping label created maybe a day or two later. Then nothing. I lost track of how long the empty package sat there all alone, but it took around another 2-3 weeks to ship out. I was going to let it slide, but the masks I purchased were cheap and not stitched correctly. The white backing was folded over to the black front, bands were cheap and ready to fall out. I was nice in asking about the horrible quality, but I guess they only respond to certain folks on a Tuesday, even years, at 9:37AM.

Ordering was a breeze. My husband finished his contract and this was the perfect gift. He loved it. Only bummer is that personalized products are currently not available (this would've made the blanket extra special), but quality is great! Super soft and fluffy. 5/5 would buy again!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ISSUES WITH MY TSHIRT ORDER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED DESPITE THEIR FIRST INITIAL RESPONSE. THESE GUYS ARE A FLY BY NOT COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY!

Bought tshirts and they all started peeling. Customer service never responded. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS. FILING WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE SKETCH PEOPLE.

I gave them multiple chances! I have ordered about 6 different orders from these incompetent asshats. They ALWAYS take weeks to ship, there is always something wonky with at least one item in my order, but the last one was the worst. One of the T-shirts’ was half printed off the the shirt. Like the top of the print was 6” from the bottom and the bottom half was missing! After trying to reach them for 45 days- they finally got back to me and told me they would send a replacement... it’s been over a year... I email and get no responses.... shame on me, I should have learned the First 4 times. I kept going back because the stuff is so dang funny but no. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else. Also NOT made in america!!!! 🙄

Their size chart is incorrect. When I emailed support because of the wrong sizes, with photos of the measurements that proved the shirts were smaller than they claimed, the company sent out the same size as ordered... which was the wrong size. I asked them to give me the correct measurements of the shirts but they didn't. It's clear that they don't care about customer service and expect everyone to know that the sizing is wrong. Makes me feel like a bait and switch... order the wrong size and they don't allow refunds. I love veterans but now I'm even questioning if they are veterans. Because they don't have the honor like the other veterans I know.

Ordered three shirts I wanted for a citizenship celebration for a family of new Americans. The party was 2 weeks after I ordered. The website showed that everything was in stock and should ship in a few days.
2 of the shirts arrived about a week after ordering and they marked the order complete. I contacted their support and they said they will ship the 3rd shirt shortly.
The day of the party it was clear that the 3rd shirt wouldn’t arrive so I requested a refund for it. They said a refund will cost $5 for “restocking”. So I told them I would wait.
A month later a shirt arrived, but it was not what I ordered.
I reached out again and they want me to pay to ship it back and give them tracking and they will send me what I ordered 6 weeks ago.

On 8/19/21 I ordered 2 polos from this site that as it turns out, came from a different manufacturer. On 8/25/21 I inquired about the shipping date of the Polo and got the response that they couldn't give me a shipping estimate.
I inquired again on 9/7/21 and was told it was still in production.
9/13/21 - I requested via email to cancel my order, response was they couldn't cancel it as upon checking the order was staged for "printing"
9/13/21 - Emailed again to cancel the order (there was nothing to print)
9/14/21 - they emailed back that they will try to cancel my order
9/14/21 - amazing, not even 30 min later... I received the shipping confirmation

Save your time and go directly to Greater Half for the polos... and no need to respond to the review as I already know what you will say...

Website said the items were in stock, after waiting a month they told me it wasn’t available, I told them I’d like a refund and well… it’s September and I put in the order mid June to hopefully be able to wear the mercy for the 4th of July , they still haven’t issued a return and keep telling me they’re working on it, in the past , the shirts don’t last and they’re sweaters are complete trash, the designs last maybe 2 months wearing occasionally

I ordered a t-shirt, which literally melted in my washing machine the first time I washed it in lukewarm water. (The screen printing was also crooked and low quality to begin with.) I reached out to the company and requested a full refund, which they refused to provide. They will only provide me a 50% refund based on their absurd "return policy", even though they sent me a clearly defective product. (I even provided them with a photo of the melted screen printing, and tried to politely explain that a return policy doesn't apply if you send someone a defective product!) The reviews on their own website are clearly fake or filtered. I tried writing an honest, negative review with a photo of my t-shirt, and it never showed up on their website--very convenient for them! It's only when you visit the BBB and other third party websites that you see a ton of horrible reviews. They are complete scammers--stay away!!!

The shirt was completed and shipped fast and made it in time for my party. All the ladies in the house wanted to jump me! Thank you for this wonderful ego booster!
