I booked these guys. what a mistake
Quoted then rang and rang and rang, finally accepted the quote and then it was even worse
They rocked up to the wrong place
Said they brought 3 men so the price was different
I said ok and then they quoted one price, 5 minutes later another, then another call shall we just take the big stuff or all of it. I rang the head office and the lady talked over the top of me finally out of frustration and her rudeness. I cancelled the job
In response to the reply. You must get a lot of negative reviews to use the same response for everyone, I stand by my comments and dispute your allegations. In respect of your thousands of alleged 5 star reviews I wonder if any of them are genuine when I experienced the horror of working with you. I booked someone else late that same day, the guys arrived on time, worked without fuss and collected the payment when the job was done. The same should of happened with you but instead I received attitude, numerous calls, no honesty and then you told me I would not be refunded despite you offloading the truck on an 85 year old lady. Shame on you AAA

We regret that your experience with us ended in this manner and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We always aim to provide clear communication and professional service, and it is disappointing to hear that this was not your perception. That said, we also need to clarify certain aspects of your review. We have a full recording of the conversation between yourself and our staff member, Sara. The language you directed at her, including telling her to “shut her mouth,” was uncalled for and unacceptable. Sara did not speak over you—she respectfully asked you to refrain from using such language while trying to assist you. Regarding the relocation: The removalists arrived at the correct address but initially at the wrong block within the complex. While three removalists were present, you were not obliged to use all three. The arrangement was for two men to work with a third rotating to relieve them throughout the move. You mentioned that your mother was a pensioner, and it was on this basis that we offered to adjust the service to fit your budget, including offering a significantly reduced rate and offered taking only the larger items if that was your preference. We respect our staff and will not allow them to be subjected to verbal abuse. Sharing one-sided accounts that omit key details unfairly damages the reputation of hardworking people. If you would like a copy of the call recording, we will happily provide it so you can reflect on the interaction in full context. We value all feedback and use it to improve, but we also believe in fairness and respect on both sides.

Thank you so much to the guys for helping us move house. They were brilliant. Very professional and friendly. They overcame the problem we had with the narrow staircase. They did not stop until all our furniture was moved into the new place and put into each room. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else wanting to hire a removalist."
