Package did not arrive however service…
Package did not arrive however service provided reassurance via a WhatsApp message. Did have to chase this on a few occasions as an internal investigation was provided to locate lost parcel. As soon as they replied they sent a replacement. The replacement box was severely damaged/squashed but boots remained in good condition

Confusing regarding returns
Confusing regarding returns, no help from customer service. States Royal mail and to track only option was a return fee of 8.99! Shocking. 90% of other companies have free retirns

unfortunately we don't offer free returns as per some other companies, as we try to offer good priced product on the site and free exchanges. there should have been cheaper delivery options that range from £3-£4 that other customers use to return items as £8.99 is a premium delivery which is not needed for a return. This was liased through the return page on our website. Sorry that you did not have a good experience but we try to offer the best service possible for our customers, and we do advise customers to return items via a tracked return service but as stated this should cost between £3-£4.
